Perfect for a weekend trip to Taganga. The hosts were very friendly and flexible. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home. The location is beautifully set in the hillside overlooking the bay and only a short walk down to the beach and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back 😊

Beautiful views, the pool was amazing and very well kept. The hotel staff were very helpful, which made checking in and out very easy. The only thing we didn't appreciate was that the host wasn't responsive after the initial booking message. We couldn't get a hold them at all, but the hotel staff were attentive and had our reservation. Central to Tyrona, and surrounding areas. I would suggest booking directly with the hotel online as the host didn't respond or help with anything other than having the posting on airbnb (we found out afterwards that you can book directly also which is much cheaper as well). The hotel is beautiful and well worth the stay!!

The experience in Manigua was excellent! The place is very conveniently located for those who want to tour the Tayrona area! It is located in Calabazo and from there by bus you can visit many beaches that are only 15 minutes approximately, the value of the passage in the Tayrona area from squash is between $2,000 and $3000 Colombian pesos. Manigua is just in the entrance to Parque Tayrona de Calabazo and 15 minutes from the entrance of the Zaino. The room is exactly the same as the photos that Manigua publishes! nothing less! the facilities are very clean, cozy, quiet, perfect for a good rest. It has a pool. It is 300 meters from the main exit and there you find the local experience, shop, drug store, very cheap restaurants. They offer breakfast and restaurant service at night, the food is delicious. It is in the middle of a wild area and you can see squirrels, beautiful birds, tulcans, titis monkeys, among other species, which are usually seen depending on the season! we had the privilege of seeing them all in January! Very grateful with all the staff Manigua Alejandra, Miguel and Ralfi! We had a great time! We felt super well cared for! The place is beautiful, very welcoming! Super recommended.

Very good place, we only stayed one night but the hosts' service was impeccable. We were able to use the kitchen to prepare something to eat and the room was excellent. Recommended

Everything was super excellent, as promised. The service was very friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. The motorcycle parking lot was very accessible and safe. The area has a lot of commerce, two blocks away from D1, Dollarcity and many restaurants. One of the best places I've stayed, I'll be back without fail. Thank you so much!

I was in the private room, it is just as beautiful as in the photos, nice, spacious, with everything you need air, fan, TV, mirrors, comfortable bed. The industry feels safe.

Very nice hostel and with a very rich breakfast. Towels and bar soap are included in the private room. The air conditioning worked well and in general everything was very clean :)

I had a change of the time of my flight and they allowed me to stay in the house and make use of the facilities which was very nice of you, since other places do not allow this. Each place in the house is very beautiful and clean, it has all the elements you need for an excellent stay.

Frana Lodge is a beautiful place, a real authentic hidden gem. The hike to the lodge is a little challenging with your bags, but well worth it! Crossing through the stream is actually refreshing on a hot day and adds to the whole experience of the location. Once you arrive, you can relax in the hammocks, greet the pets, and have a cold beer or a very tasty icy fresh fruit drink. The lodge itself is perfectly clean, offers spectacular views, lots of local trails, and it’s walking distance to Tayrona National Park. Franz took a lot of extra time talking to us about things to do on our short 3 night stay, offering suggestions including a really great local cocoa tour. He also arranged onsite massages. They offer breakfast & delicious dinners for a small fee. The food is 100% fresh and homemade. Lunch is not offered, but you can eat lunch when you’re out during the day nearby. It’s the perfect place to relax & get away. Thank you, Franz & staff.

The photographs on AirBnb don't do justice to the property. It's lovely, almost spa-like -- we were expecting to rough it a bit. Breakfast is included, and for a reasonable fee you can get dinner as well (and perhaps lunch? we didn't have the opportunity to do so). Massages and guided tours can also be arranged for an additional fee. The staff were lovely, very helpful, and able to accommodate restricted diets. The location is a mixed bag. On the one hand, you're inside Tayrona Park, which is nice: if you're staying multiple nights, you'll only have to pay the park entrance fee once. On the other hand, it's a twenty-minute walk from the main entrance (downhill on the way in, uphill on the way back), and the instructions and park signage leading you there leave something to be desired. It's about a 45-minute walk to the nearest beach (Piscinita, not to be confused with Piscina), or you can take a bus to the end of the road and walk 10 or 15 minutes from there.
