Wonderful host, caretaker and housekeeping staff. I would go back and stay again given the opportunity next time!

Great stay clean and comfortable. Only feedback I have is that upon arrival one is made to sign a 2/3 page contract which includes a list of all items in the house and cost to replace it. Ofcourse after a long travel the guest will not be interested to check the list of items in the house to confirm it is actually there before signing. I signed because i was tired and wanted to rest. Checkout was smooth.

Booked this last minute coz the airbnb I booked for my family was not enough for all of us so I had to book another one last minute and Ms. Laisa gladly accomodate it. The place is great! Had 2 rooms, well enough for us 5 people, internet works well too which is needed for me since I need to work online after our Samal Trip. Great place really!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Apart from water issues, no water pressure and water was turned off for a while, I found the the place was very homely

I had a fantastic stay at this condo unit! The place was exceptionally clean, incredibly cozy, and came with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Agnes was outstanding as a host—she was not only prompt in her responses but also provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The internet was fast and reliable, which was essential for me for both work and leisure. We had loads of fun at the swimming pool that stays open until 9 PM, and at just £1.50 per guest. Sasa port is just a short walk away, making a day trip to Samal Island very convenient. There are also several shops nearby, and food delivery options are readily accessible, Plus, the airport is only a quick 10-minute drive away! I had a wonderful time in Davao, and I will definitely book this condo again for my next trip. Everything exceeded my expectations and so worth it.
