I asked and next to the university in the lush landscape of Puijonlaakso, a new curtain triangle with a glazed balcony and sauna. A parking space with a pole next to the entrance. Step-free access to the apartment. Downtown Kuopio is 2.5km away. In front of the apartment, there is a bus stop with two lines in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, along which you continue to Puijo. Also next door to the beautiful Frog Pond and cozy park area with beaches.

Cozy apartment with sleeping loft and sofa bed. Peaceful condominium. Like Grandma's cottage! Close to hospital, university and Savonia. Also a short walk from the Kuopio Hall and the Olvi arena. In the immediate vicinity of the Puijo Tower and jogging and ski terrains, as well as the Puijonlaakso mall, where the nearest E-bike stop is Vilkku. To the center/station by bus in 10 minutes and walk about 25 minutes. A hot spot for the car. A short trip to the motorway for passers-by.
