Cozy 1200sqft cabin less than a 5 min walk from one of Tahoe's most scenic beaches (Moondunes) Easy Access to Northstar Resort, Kings Beach & miles of hiking or snowshoeing trails! Like being tucked in the forest while being right by the lake! You can cross the backyard seasonal creek & walk the trail right to the lake. Or just lounge in the backyard and enjoy the sounds of nature! During winter, access to Northstar typically bypasses the long traffic from Truckee by coming in from the lake!

Welcome to Little Blue - Nestled on the picturesque west shore of Lake Tahoe, our cozy cabin, lovingly named "Little Blue," offers a perfect retreat for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and anyone looking to unwind in the serenity of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Tucked away in a beautiful woodsy landscape, Little Blue provides utmost tranquility while still being a short walk to the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. 20 minutes in either direction, you will also find Lake Tahoes best attractions!

A-frame with A+ View

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

LARGE Spacious Cabin - 2200 ft - surrounded by the National Forest. The layout is great and the vaulted wood ceiling makes it feel like you are in a tree house. There is a large room for yoga (matts provided), a Peloton bike and a massage chair. HIKING AND BIKING trails (snowshoeing and cross country skiing) and a FANTASTIC SLED HILL and are just outside my door. Yet, you are only 2 miles to the Beach; 6 miles from Northstar Ski Resort. Internet speed is 343 mbps up/down per test.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath Kings Beach cabin has been extensively remodeled with new flooring, kitchen & bathrooms. Located on the Old Brockway Golf Course and walking distance to Kings Beach, the Hill Vacation Rental Cabin is perfectly located for that mountain and "lake life" getaway! The single-story property has a great backyard and the garage is converted into a lounge space with pool table, ping pong and arcade games. Also, enjoy the hot tub after a day on the lake or a round of golf!
