Au rez-de-chaussée une grande pièce de vie de 35m2, salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine bien équipée. A l’étage une chambre, un lit pour 2 personnes, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits et une salle d’eau. Il y a aussi un espace extérieur privé. Il y a un emplacement de stationnement devant la propriété. La maison est très bien situé pour visiter La Charente Maritime.
