The + of the house: The thick walls and double glazing maintain a pleasant temperature in winter and summer. A skylight opening onto a well of light, illuminates the main room in an original way. Luxury cottage with pool access - La Bergerie

Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

The Neoulous cottage consists of a large living room, dining room, equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with barbecue offering a view of the Albera. On the lower floor is a first bedroom (a double bed), a large bay window gives access to a second terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. On the same floor are the bathroom with bathtub and the toilet is separate. A large mezzanine has two single beds and a reading corner.
