Beautiful home on the shores of Malonen-Saimaa. The place is very quiet and the lake has a good opportunity to see the Saimaa ringed seal. The ringed seal lives in the surrounding area. The lake has good fishing opportunities. In sunny weather, the sun shines all day. The village shop is about 4 km away and the distance to the center of Sulkava is about 24 km.

Cozy recently renovated studio in an excellent location in the center of Savonlinna. Olavinlinna Castle, the harbor, and the market square are just a five-minute walk away.
