Sointula is a two-storey winterized cottage with a beautiful lake view from the upper floor and terrace. The cottage has its own gentle beach with a hard gravel bottom. You can also swim from the dock. There is a rowing boat and life jackets. Many of the guests are enthusiastic about fishing because they have had a good catch.

The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.

The apartment has a shower, there is a limited amount of hot water, 15 liters, which is enough for one person to take a short shower at a time. The water heats up again in about half an hour. Towels and shampoo are available. Basic kitchen supplies. Mini oven/stove, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Car heating 2h / 3 euros. Extra person fee 10€
