A small sauna cabin with a sleeping alcove, as well as a dressing room and sauna. Double bed, sofa can be used as an extra bed for one. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Water can be pumped from the lake to the sauna. Drinking water must be brought separately. Wood-fired stove and fireplace. Barbecue canopy with gas grill. Outdoor toilet with composting toilet. Guests have access to a rowboat and 2 SUP boards. The playhouse is not included in the rent. Hot tub, which can be rented at an additional cost. €70 per day/weekend or €100 per week.

Atmospheric apartment in a wooden house

Welcome to a warm and cozy apartment as part of an old log building. The house is located in Kaukaa, under the chimneys of the paper mill. The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Cottage Kotiranta is located on the shores of Lake Saimaa in Taipalsaari. The cottage is surrounded by nature, so you can spend time in peace in the spacious yard playing games or watching birds from the terrace. The yard of the cottage borders the beach, which has a gently deepening sand/clay bottom. There is also a jetty on the beach for swimming or sunbathing. You have a rowboat at your disposal, so you can go fishing if you want. Several guests have been delighted with the abundant fish catch.

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

Rockhouse on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.

The apartment has a shower, there is a limited amount of hot water, 15 liters, which is enough for one person to take a short shower at a time. The water heats up again in about half an hour. Towels and shampoo are available. Basic kitchen supplies. Mini oven/stove, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Car heating 2h / 3 euros. Extra person fee 10€
