本房源是整戶出租，住宿6天之內，都要自行入住。我的房源位於10樓以上的高樓層，有電梯，有洗衣機, 烘乾機 ,電熨斗和燙衣板, 讓你在任何氣候都不用擔心衣服問題。所有房間和客廳都有冷暖氣，客廳是55吋的大電視。所有的棉被都是100%的石墨烯被(Graphene)，被套和床包都是100%40支天絲(Tencel)的材質。另外我會提供毛巾, 牙膏，牙刷，沐浴乳，洗髮精，潤絲精，洗手乳等的生活必需品。入住期間會有免費的三合一的咖啡包和奶茶包和小餅乾點心和純水，不用出門就可以解饞。大樓附近就有投幣式儲物櫃可以寄放行李，解決你入住前和退房後的行李問題。從台北火車站走路到我的房源只要3-5分鐘, 從機場捷運出口走路到我的房源只要10分鐘。麻煩加我好友，或提供email，才能把自行入住的檔案寄給你，謝謝。

入住、當天如果沒有其他房客退房，可以早早入住。 *內部設備都以ㄧ般家庭實用為主，盡量如一般住家的方便。 *全部純棉寢具換洗消毒乾淨，傢具地面窗戶無灰塵。沙發都有定期清洗。讓大家住得安心。 *電器都有貼紙使用說明。 *床位都有電源插座、置物櫃。隨身手機皮包有得放置充電。但要自己準備轉接台灣插座。 *每2人1房。每房都有大窗，通風陽光舒適。 *有洗衣機可以洗衣，2晾衣棚［都有擦乾淨］晾乾即可。 下雨天：自助洗衣店就在旁邊巷道內，走路2分鐘就到，烘衣機夠大台，速度快，6人當天的衣服30分鐘就乾。 樓下就是7～11、全家便利商店，出門就是熱鬧繁華的西門町。 這裡是大台北地區的中心，離西門捷運站1號出口340公尺，到哪裡都很方便，交通費用也很便宜。
