Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Takapuna

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

Thanks for a great stay. A great base to explore all Waiheke Island has to offer. Appreciate the full kitchen and laundry.

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's place. It was a lovely house, was very clean and had lots of space for all of us. The area was peaceful, safe and had wonderful views of the ocean. Lee and Joe were wonderful hosts. We appreciated their quick responses and helpful recommendations.

The place was gorgeous — beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The high-end linen and thoughtful touches throughout made it feel so luxurious and comfortable. Jess was also fantastic at communicating and made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!

A very nice accommodation to stay at. We needed a place for 5 people in Devonport for a wedding and we were not disappointed with choosing Ji's place. When we had a question Ji was very accommodating and helped out immediately. The place has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, plus extras such as ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc. Would very much recommend. A+++

Rachael's place was just perfect for our short break in Piha. Beautiful views, quiet, equipped with everything you need furing the short and long stays. if we ever come back to the area, we would definitely stay again 😄 greetings to the great host!

What a great place perfect for us and even room for the next time when our 3rd daughter can stay too- beautiful waterfront excellent location with a Woolworths metro literally across the road and walking distance to viaduct restaurants- in fact we walked into town it was lovely . The carpark(s) was very handy and Kim messaged us with clear instructions and her communication was exceptional. She kindly allowed us early check in and late check out which is invaluable when you have a short stay like a long weekend. Would definitely consider coming back the next time we stay in Auckland.

Coincidentally, I lived in Sarah's property about 15 years ago, so booking a stay was a no-brainer. It's ideally located for Mt Eden Village, Eden Park stadium, and on all bus routes into and around the city. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with all the amenities you would expect. The bed was comfortable, and the smart TV has all the apps for watching local TV, or streaming all the usual services. Sarah was very accommodating, and responsive - probably the most responsive host I have had throughout the world. Would highly recommend Sarah's property.

Fantastic location with direct park access. The most wonderful deck with great views- a joy in summer. Please note: this place doesn’t have an oven or a freezer and the bathroom is tiny, but we managed to make this place our home for a month during renovations. It may not be the ritz but it certainly does have character and a super accommodating host (with the friendliest, loveliest dog- Ziggy is definitely a highlight)

A wonderful home close to Eden Park. We went to the P!nk concert, got to listen to for free on the first night and go ourselves the second. House was lovely and as described will, be back foe the next concert. Thank you!

Such a beautiful property. Was the perfect place for our wedding party to get ready for the day and to take some amazing pictures in the garden. Just a few smaller details would have been nice like having tea towels or another sheet set for the roll out bed, but very minor.

What an amazing and Beautiful home, so many things to do, from pool table, pinball machine , big movie projector where it was so relaxing with the kids to snuggle in front of fire place. Daisy is of the best Host I have come across, so responsive to all messages, also she is very accommodating to requests we asked of her. Definitely recommend Daisy beautiful home to anyone who is looking for a place with all ammenities, feel real homely inside & even outdoors with pool & spa , trampoline for children & swing, big lawn outside where kids or family groups can run freely. Cozy cottage in quiet, residential neighborhood. Clean, practical, full kitchen, parking on prem. 15-20 min walk to busses/trains (then 20 min ride) to center city. Nonetheless, having a car is useful. Juliet was friendly, helpful and a good communicator. Very flexible in check in/out arrangement. We would stay with Juliet any time again.

Beautiful home & perfect to get ready for my wedding day. Bins were full on arrival, but we left our rubbish outside next to bins which was fine :) would come back again.

Our family Christmas at Nikky’s was made very special by a wonderfully equipped kitchen and space for everyone. She made us feel welcome and was always available to respond to any questions. The location is a private and quiet suburban area just 15min walk to the local park and waterfront which suited us perfectly. Thank you so much! 😊

We arrived in a storm and walking into a prewarmed house was amazing. Lots of space, sitting rooms and bedrooms as described. Open fire was lovely on our second night and sitting outside in the sun for breakfast was my favorite. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment, plates and was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
