Welcome to Jugaya Villa Carefully renovating a 50-year-old Japanese house. We have combined modern and sophisticated comfort with a traditional appearance. It has been reborn into a space where you can spend a comfortable time while retaining the calm and warmth unique to Japanese houses. Beautifully arranged interiors, with attention to lighting and furniture, create an extraordinary quality of time. On the 2nd floor, we have a room where children can have fun. With a spacious floor plan that can accommodate multiple families and three generations, adults and children can enjoy a comfortable stay. In the deck space, you can also enjoy a BBQ surrounded by greenery. Spending time in nature is a special experience that allows you to forget about everyday life. Please have a relaxing time on the sunny veranda side of the two rooms that are pure Japanese-style.

30 years after the building, this is a pure Japanese-style detached house. Feel free to use the pans, microwave, oven, and utensils in the spacious private kitchen, enjoy your meals and unwind. Rest peacefully in the tatami mat room on Japanese futons lined with pillows. Parking is also available for up to 2 station wagon sized vehicles. In addition, due to the enforcement of the new Private Lodging Law (Residential Accommodation Business Law) on June 15, 2018, government agencies are required to fill in the list of guests, and foreigners who do not have an address in Japan are required to present their passports.That's why we ask you to fill in the guest list, present your passport, and allow us to make a copy at the time of your stay.I hope this helps.

It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.

Ohinata in Sakuho-town is a small village in a valley. I renovated a 80 years small wooden house by myself taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.
