Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Takura

Had a great time. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Super dog friendly with a nice size yard. Air conditioning in main bedroom and living room, I stayed in April so other rooms were pleasant, but might get warm in summer, there are ceiling fans to help. Dog beaches are about 10 minutes away.

Loved staying at danes again clean n tidy

Very relaxing weekend. Quiet neighbourhood and the beach wasn’t even a minutes walk. Bed very comfortable and plenty of kitchen utensils and very decent shower pressure. Loved the pizza oven and plenty of equipment to prep your pizzas. Convenience store was an easy walk or a short drive and restaurant 5 min drive. Would defiantly book again! Thank you Sarah for a great experience.

Great spot . Private & has everything you need . Heaps of room as well if you have cars trailers etc etc , def stay again when in area

Tiny Away was located in a tranquil, peaceful, private secluded spot. Close to Howard and neighbouring townships of Burrum Heads, Hervey Bay and Maryborough. Easy access and instructions for access was clear. Our hosts were friendly and communicated well, always responded within 30 minutes. We would recommend the Tiny Away at Howard to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay here, the space was perfect for our young family and 2 little doggos. Very comfortable living space, great kitchen and wonderful backyard for our toddler and dogs. Would definitely stay again!

From the Start Kayla was very friendly and responsive to my and my family’s needs before during and after our stay. The home its self was beautiful! Very clean and a stand out point for us was the comfortable beds and Pillows! I need to know where you bought these from. Thank you for opening your air bnb to us.

Great host! Constant communication with us all the time. Some hit and miss here and there but nothing major (Bins were not empty when we arrived, Ping pong table was not available but was offered on Airbnb). Happy with the service and would like to stay with them again.

For years we have admired (in passing ) Joanne and Arno’s peaceful idyll- and it was wonderful to finally meet and experience their hospitality as well as their gardens and beautifully uncomplicated, stylish yet functional accommodation.What a fantastic place to stay for the weekend! Meeting Joanne and Arno and hearing of their interests, local sights, accessible amenities and activities reminded us of the original concept behind Airbnb. They made us feel welcome and we are so pleased to have learned more of their local area. Our dog Leah was welcomed and also enjoyed her beach walks - only 2 minutes through a shady native vegetation. We hope to return again! Highly recommended.

We chose Joanne's property specifically for the location as it was close to family and we enjoyed our stay alot. The property is quirky, the views spectacular and the location peaceful. Unfortunately the weather gods were not on our side the weekend we stayed which did prove challenging, given some of the properties features. Those who stayed in the granny flat had an experience which was more like glamping. There is no way to enter the separate container, and the bathroom which is in a shed close by, without being fully exposed to the weather. Which meant dark, wet walks, across sodden grass. Whilst we were fulky aware of this setup when we booked it did impact our stay and is mentioning. The weather aside, we would definitely choose to stay again, in the hopes for finer weather. We would love to be able to fully enjoy the wonderful outdoor areas this property offers!

This quiet little gem is perfect for either a short get away or you could easily stay there. The place had a really homely vibe to it and was really enjoyable to stay in. It was clean and was comfortable and suited all needs such as the right amenities, full kitchen etc. owners are lovely people and they keep to themselves to ensure that your stay is your getaway. Annette and Gary's accommodation had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. It's centrally located and within walking distance of coffee shops and local restaurants. We had a fabulous time, thank you 🙂

I have been to many Airbnb’s and this is definitely one of the best I’ve stayed in. 1. Host was so lovely and accommodating, we last minute needed a place and she made sure we could get in at very short notice and made sure we were all set to get in 2. The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures and the pictures were great 3. The furniture, linen, towels, amenities are all really top quality. 4. So much thought has gone into making this place spectacular. It’s so cosy, welcoming, well equipped. Pets aren’t just welcomed they are thought about and catered for. 5. The beds were really comfortable, every room has a TV, the rooms are really spacious as well and so beautifully decorated 6. The pool! Was super clean and lovely to use in the garden 7. The proximity to the beach and shops was amazing Can’t rate this place high enough - we highly recommend it but also plan on going back! Thank you Amanda for a really lovely stay

Very peaceful, private and serene with ocean views and gorgeous gardens. The house was immaculately clean, spacious and well established with everything you could need for a short or extended stay. Perfect to accomodate larger groups with multiple living and outdoor areas. The beds were super comfortable too! The pool looked very inviting with shade and seating to supervise the kids. Jane was a fabulous host who was very proactive and communicative. We loved our stay and really felt right at home. The experience definitely exceeded our expectations.

great price and spotless little gem hidden away from the esplanade. private from the main road and positioned just a short walk from Urangan Pier its well worth the stay.

Chelsea's bnb was exactly as described and as per photos. Lovely homely feel, very private, very clean with great attention to detail very well thought through. A lovely quiet location & walking distance to the beach and a great little cafe just around the corner a bonus. Secure parking space provided on he property. We absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage is beautiful, clean & well maintained. Deb is such a great host. Very chill & friendly, which reflects in the lovely peaceful vibe of the cottage. The yard is awesome for the pups, lovely & clean & well looked after. It’s a quiet area, just a short stroll to the beach, restaurants & other amenities. We can’t wait to come back here.

Easy access to house. Nice homely feel, quiet and private. neighbours are friendly and helpful. John was super friendly, helpful and responds quickly.

David’s house is in a lovely location, which backs on to a beautiful reserve. It’s in walking distance to the beach and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The house was well stocked and also had lots of games for the children and plenty of space, making it an extremely comfortable stay. David is excellent with his communication and was responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was perfect for 9 of us, plenty of space and spotlessly clean and tidy. I loved that it had everything we needed in terms of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies and in generous quantities. The house is very close to the beach, allowing lovely walks along the shore and to the nearby shop and cafe. Sadly recent heavy rain meant the water was uninviting and we weren’t able to swim, the only downside (and not the hosts fault) to a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend Susan’s place to large groups looking to relax and unwind in spacious, clean and peaceful surroundings.
