She was so very friendly and helpful, from finding the place to the use of switches and appliances to making travel recommendations. The location was perfect to explore the area and Snowdonia NP. The very clean and comfortable accomodations were as listed, as well as tastefully decorated and spacious. We could not have wanted anything more or a nicer hostess!

We had a lovely stay at Katy’s flat. The location was perfect for Barmouth where my daughter did the Barmouth 10k. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches and breakfast items left for us. The flat was roomy and attractively decorated. Would def recommend to others and would happily stay again.

This is a lovely place to stay. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Tony was extremely helpful when we got there and gave us recommendations for places to eat. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic weekend away with our young family. The house was full of character and had a great layout for a family gathering. The facilities including hot tub, courtyard and use of swimming pool and play area at campsite were excellent. Lovely pub walking distance away.
