A perfect weekend in Soulac to celebrate my 50th birthday with family! A very nice house, large, bright, very well equipped and decorated! A very pleasant garden and terrace with different areas for different times of the day! Tiphaine and her husband were very welcoming and flexible on arrival and departure times We are lucky to have fabulous weather that allowed us to enjoy the heated pool! In short, a great weekend! Recommended

Hello, this is the second time I have spent time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente-Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it is good to put down your suitcases, to be consumed without moderation. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

A beautiful moment of relaxation after a long motorcycle ride. Swimming pool, fountain, lights, pleasant and well-arranged natural space. a much appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Lydie's! The welcome was warm, the house was impeccable and perfectly in line with the listing. Lydie is a caring and responsive host. Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Beautiful house, very bright, in a beautiful environment facing Le Platin beach. We spent the Easter weekend there and enjoyed the view and the customs trail

Very pleasant stay with friends. The cottage is as described and as shown in the photos. The sofa bed is rather comfortable for a 3rd person and the outdoor space is a real plus. Located about a 20-minute walk from the train station and the city center, a pleasant walk as a pedestrian. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away, with access to the beautiful terrace of Café Baine. Valérie was super responsive and very friendly. Thank you for everything 🙏

New housing, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

An excellent stay! The accommodation is very well located, close to the sea, shops and everything you need. The accommodation is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Host was welcoming, available, and responsive. I recommend it without hesitating and would be happy to come back!

A very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. Very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. Very discreet and very friendly owners. A tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): possibility of eating grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, have a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

Beautiful stay with a magnificent view of the estuary. The house is very well equipped, quiet and pleasant. The veranda is a real plus when the weather is not on your side. We recommend it without hesitation!

Coming for a few days, time to get away from it all and discovering the coast, we greatly appreciated this pied à terre, impeccably furnished and ideally located. Sandra is very welcoming and responsive. She responds quickly to requests. The accommodation is nice and spacious. Beautiful living room in a cozy atmosphere. There were 2 of us with a baby. The size of the accommodation was perfect with a nice outdoor terrace. We had a great time in Avignon. The beach is 15/20 minutes walking. The icing on the cake is that Sandra has a beauty salon right next door. My wife took the opportunity to have a one-hour massage and she loved it. We will come back without hesitation.
