Holiday rentals with beach access in Talat Nuea

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Have stayed at this property before with Zen as host. Such a good communicator and extremely helpful. Location & view very good. Short walk to town and all the fun of the night market. The food is great. Walking down the hill no issue and many Tuk Tuks available for trip up if needed.

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

perfect stay! Room was super clean and they even cleaned it randomly halfway which we really appreciated. It was at a perfect location but on the first day it was hard to find since the address on airbnb is not accurate, follow the location they’ll give you instead ! They even upgraded our room which was so nice. It has everything you need you can even book all your excursions through them. I will definitely be back some day !

I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself was spotless and very comfortable, it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making it cosy and inviting. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en couple dans une de ces villas dont l'emplacement est absolument parfait. Le logement se trouve au bout d'une route à 3minutes de la plage, entouré de collines et d'arbres. L'environnement est très calme, ça a été extrêmement agréable tout au long de notre séjour. Hello everyone! This is my second stay at Madame Dariin's Homestay. For two months, like last year, the stay was perfect. The accommodation is simply magnificent, located at the end of a flower-filled courtyard, you'll be very peaceful. The accommodation is perfect and contains everything you need: a living room, a kitchen, a bed in a very comfortable bedroom, and a shower that would make hotels jealous, haha. Madame Dariin is the ultimate host: kind, smiling, helpful, kind and lovely ! She is always reachable in case of a problem or for information. She also offers plenty of activities and knows a lot of places worth visiting. Having been in a car accident, Madame Dariin was even there to help me and guide me through the process. I was even given a Tupperware container filled with delicious food :)! Madame Dariin is more than just a host; she's a true mother, and she does everything she can to make you feel like at home! Wir waren schon in vielen Unterkünften in Thailand, aber Baan Rom Pruk war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Der Pool war kristallklar und absolut sauber – ein echtes Highlight, vor allem am Abend, wenn er durch die vielen Lichterketten in eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre getaucht wird. Die Zimmer waren ebenso außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gepflegt, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Team vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei jedem Anliegen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Auch unsere Scooter konnten wir direkt über die Unterkunft buchen – alles lief reibungslos. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. Communication with the host and co-host was very good and the check-in process was easy. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex has good facilities with 3 pools, a rooftop bar, café & a gym. The location is good but you have to walk down a busy main road to get to the beach and restaurants. This is not a big problem as the complex runs free shuttle buses every 2 hours. There was some building work outside the apartment which was quite noisy but it didn't bother us as we were out most days. Overall this Airbnb is a great base for exploring Phuket and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

Der Check-In war einfach und schnell. Die Rezeptionisten waren super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch größer als Sie auf den Fotos aussieht, insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt!

This apartment is amazing and the host Selly, easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and nothing was a problem. The apartment itself is immaculate. Anyone who reviews otherwise is simply not telling the truth. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.
