Booked this for a group of 9 people to stay for 3 nights, it was absolutely amazing. We had a big area all to ourselves, when we arrived there were two lovely ladies who met us and answered all our questions. They gave us a tour of the whole house showed us all rooms and bathrooms and made us feel at home. It is definitely more than enough for 9 people, the pool area is great for relaxing and it looks out over the garden, very peaceful. Everyone loved the place, would definitely stay again

Дом Тани оказался даже лучше, чем на фото. Чистая территория в маленьком резорте, красивая природа, манго, франжипани, пение птиц - я будто отдыхала у бабушки в деревне. Дом отличный, компактный, чистейшее постельное белье, новый холодильник, чистая ванная, хороший напор воды. До китайского квартала пара секунд ходьбы, до ближайшего пляжа - пара минут. Рядом множество ресторанов, кафе, массажных салонов, баров, вечерний рынок Маенама и магазин 7/11. Очень тихие соседи, дружелюбные хозяева резорта. Отдельно хочу отметить тщательную уборку дома. Таня - лучший пример того, какой должен быть хозяин дома: она всегда на связи, помогала с такси, были мелкие поломки в доме - она все решала очень быстро. Рекомендую дом Тани на 100%. Я еще вернусь) Спасибо за этот месяц жизни в маленьком рае

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Das Haus war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ruhig und angenehm, mit tollem Ausblick. Besonders positiv ist uns die gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber aufgefallen – freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

I couldnt say enough nice things about the Villa. The Villa was clean and had everything needed to make one comfortable. The Host was very nice and more than accommodating. The space was cleaned on the 4th night, which was included with the stay and was much appreciated. The Villa is located within the small local neighborhood within Bo Put. My only complaint would be the unfinished, rocky/sandy road that leads to the villa. You must be cautious as it is very easy to fall on your scooter, as i did.

My second time staying here and once again it doesn’t disappoint. Wonderful house, excellent host, highly recommend.

Ich war jetzt schon zum dritten Mal Gast von Lance, und es war alles wieder bestens. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach traumhaft, und Lance ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung !!!

Villa Chomtawan is amazing, and we are already talking about when we can return. The home is beautiful, and the beach is gorgeous (the sunsets!!) and very quiet, but what really stands out is the onsite villa team. Maew and the other staff are wonderful. I highly recommend you take advantage of the home-cooked meal options -- you will not be disappointed! Luliia and Maew were incredibly responsive, arranging anything we needed (from a boat day to groceries to special birthday cupcakes). Both Luliia (who is offsite) and Maew (the onsite villa manager) responded to any text within minutes. Also, Maew is a lovely person to chat with and be around. This is a special place. Also something to note: there is a wonderful — but shy — dog (Suay) who lives around the villa and lots of adorable (and largely friendly) kitties who also roam around. We loved this because it made us feel at home but, if that's not your thing, don't worry — they keep to themselves and won't get in your way.

Decently priced and perfect place to stay for a family or group of friends

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

We stayed at the villa for 10 days Clean and spacious for 6 people Beautiful view from the villa but that meant it was on a massive hill Only one grab driver refused to drive up to the villa and left us by the main road no problem but if you’re not fit I wouldn’t recommend Coral cove pebble beach within walkable distance and one beach restaurant with local tasty food. No other shop or restaurant within a walkable distance so need a transport we always use grab The place is next to the construction so be aware but that didn’t bothered us ,good soundproof windows actually The Kitchen was well equipped but there was two coffee machines and no coffee left so that was disappointing when we arrived after a long journey The towels were changed twice within 10day stay and they provide beach towels and shower towels so that’s good, pool furniture old and partly broken and the pillows were mouldy so we didn’t use them Overall a good stay with a few minor bits that need more attention.

I’m very happy that I could spend a week in Samui in this Villa at Ilona’s resort - very beautiful surroundings in the middle of jungle but very close to fisherman village or beaches and other places. Hosts take care of guests privacy and peaceful vacation which is great! I got also help from John, who managing resort with a taxi to the airport. John also arrange a scooter just few minutes after my check in directly to my Villa so I didn’t have to spend time on that! I would be more than happy to visit this place again! Already miss it!

Diese Unterkunft war mehr wie wir erwartet haben. Nicht nur, dass man herzlich und persönlich (aber trotzdem flexibel) in Empfang genommen wurde - wir hatten den Transfer mit gebucht - wir wurden auch mit zusätzlichen Infos rund um versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte ist zusätzlich zu dem professionellen Umgang mit uns auch die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung. Wir waren etwa eine Woche vor Ort und obwohl es wirklich ausreichend Handtücher gab, wurde die Unterkunft inklusive Pool 2x gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Darüber wurden wir vorab via Messenger-Service informiert sowie die entsprechende Uhrzeit kommuniziert. Es war einfach, unkompliziert und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Mit Roller ist alles einfach zu erreichen, aber auch für den ersten oder den letzten Tag kann man problemlos das Nötigste zu Fuß erreichen. Taxiservice usw. wird außerdem von der Unterkunft angeboten. 100% Empfehlung - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Words can not describe how much we enjoyed our stay in Poy's villa. The view you have from each room of it is just breathtaking. You feel like living in the middle of nature while staying in an secured villa park and you can see how much love is in every detail of the house what makes it even more fantastic to stay there. There are so many places to enjoy the sun and even the sunset that we did not find any other viewpoint in Koh Samui that impressed us as much as our balcony! We would definitly recommend it to everyone, it is more than worth a stay, it is a must to stay there if you are in Koh Samui. (and it is not booked yet :D) On the lower hill there are some nice Thai Restaurants with even nicer people, where you can have some Thai and international food. Even a supermarket is close by, so you have everything you need. But you should definitly rent a (strong) scooter or motorcycle or 4* 4 car to climb the hill and get wherever you want. On Top of the house you get more as a host. Poy was awesome! He got a friend while our stay there, showing us everything we need and giving us some nice tips where to go and what to do! :) Communication and organization went perfect all the time and he was more than you could wish from a host! Thank you Poy, for the great time and for letting us dream in your villa! It was a real plasure! We would definitly come again! :)

I’ve had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of the island, but still close to beautiful beaches and waterfalls. The surroundings are stunning, so many butterflies and a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Very kind staff, and the tie-dye workshop with the host’s mother, who is truly lovely, made the experience extra special.

This place was stunning with some lovely nature nearby. The room was cosy and had everything we needed, including 2 large water dispensers. The room was well kept and clean making it a comfortable stay. Lalisa was such an excellent host! She was proactive with responses and helped us with scooter rentals, taxi services and even flexible check in and check out times. We loved our stay here and definitely will stay again. One thing is that it is located slightly further out. Still only around a 10 minute walk to the main road but will recommend scooters for easy access.

I can’t express it in words - this place is a sanctuary!! It is so clean and maintained. You are surrounded by the incredible jungle and palm trees (yes nature sounds included which i loved!!) you cannnot see or hear a single neighbour and there is honestly hardly ever traffic, cant hear anything other then beautiful rain (when it does) and insects, birds! Great undercover balcony! Not to mention the view!! You see Koh tao when it’s clear (i did everyday in may!) Natty and Joffrey go ABOVE & BEYOND to help and to explain everything and give local knowledge. They booked a taxi for me from the airport to the home, my driver Youi was so beautiful! Nice to see a woman taxi driver. They helped me with a scooter accident, let me store luggage, they are honestly the most helpful and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had! I really didn’t want to leave. This place is something very special and for the ridiculously low price you’d be silly to not!! Maenam is way better spot too, less touristy!

We stayed at this villa and were absolutely thrilled! It’s a wonderful place to relax. The pool was simply amazing, and the surrounding nature – stunning. The bedroom was very cozy, with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances. The lighting in the house created a very cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was also in great condition. Overall, an excellent stay. Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in Koh Samui, located in Bophut. Although we had to rely on transportation to get around the island, Bolt was readily available and convenient. The host Teecharat was incredibly warm and welcoming – she greeted us with fresh fruits and even prepared a delicious warm meal for us. The house itself is beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with nature. While the infinity pool was somewhat impacted by nearby construction (which disturbed the view and added some noise during the day), the overall experience was still delightful. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She was attentive to every detail, providing everything we needed. She even arranged a UNO game for us to play at night, helped us with transportation for an extra fee, and offered the services of staff members ken, ball & others to assist with small tasks. All in all, the place was well-kept and thoughtfully decorated, making it an enjoyable stay

Beautiful villa in peaceful location, not too far from the main strip. Hosts helpful and responsive. Only thing we were not expecting was how steep the driveway was, some Grabs were unable to reach us unless in 4x4 drive. Recommend renting a 4x4 as there is parking.
