Ich war jetzt schon zum dritten Mal Gast von Lance, und es war alles wieder bestens. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach traumhaft, und Lance ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung !!!

Il posto era bellissimo, una camera stupenda, molto grande, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui vasca da bagno e doccia. In generale il residence era molto bello ed elegante, con piscina sul mare e spiaggia privata. Georgy è sempre stato disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile, dandoci informazioni e rispondendo ad ogni eventuale richiesta. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick war unglaublich. Durch den starken Regen vor unserem Aufenthalt war der Weg zur Unterkunft kaputt. Jedoch wurde dieser noch während unserem Aufenthalt innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Man hat alles nötige in der nähe und der Strand ist vor der Tür. Olga ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos.

Nous avons séjourné avec deux enfants et c’était un lieu très paisible. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec une hôte très réactive. Le logement est bien agencé et spacieux. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Io e altri 3 amici siamo stati nella fantastica villetta di Yaniv e Tamara per 3 notti a Koh Phangan. Tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione e Tamara è stata super gentile e amichevole durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie anche alle diverse informazioni forniteci e alla velocità con la quale hanno seguito le nostre richieste. Peccato per le maree che non ci hanno permesso di usufruire anche del mare antistante. Grazie ancora. Molto consigliato

Meine Freundin und ich hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in Andreas Wohnung. Sie war sauber, gut eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, damit Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Die Lage war ideal. Andreas war als Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Kontakt war entspannt und unkompliziert. Wir würden definitiv jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes sauberes und luxuriöses Penthouse! Mit wahnsinniger Aussicht auf das schöne Meer sowie die Nachbar Inseln. Der Pool war immer sauber und die Hausanlage wurde ständig gesäubert. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert und war auf dem neusten Stand. Die hat uns gut getan und nicht krank gemacht. Schöne letzter Aufenthalt. Es ist natürlich nicht das günstigste aber den Preis Wert! Man bekommt sehr viel für sein Geld geboten. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas hoch und die Straße noch nicht asphaltiert aber das ging auch mit unseren Mietwagen der wenig ps hatte ohne Allrad bei Regen Wind und wetter! Vielen Dank

L'appartamento di Philippe si trova al piano superiore del suo locale (dove fanno ottimi panini con pane fresco, che consiglio assolutamente). Pulito e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Vicinissimo al centro e alla movida con ristoranti e negozi, silenzioso, pulito e con aria condizionata, wifi funzionante. Facile spostarsi sull'isola tramite app car ride o scooter. Philippe molto gentile e disponibile, parla anche italiano.

The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful details and super clean. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to beaches, cafés and shops. The location is peaceful without being isolated. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. It’s clear that a lot of love and care has gone into creating this special place. Thanks so much again. I'll definitely come back 😊

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e miei due figli nella villa 5 per 5 giorni e siamo rimasti molto felici. La casa è esattamente come da foto e descrizione: ampia, immersa nel verde e a due passi dalla piscina e da una bellissima spiaggia. Il mare davanti al condominio è basso e roccioso ma facendo qualche metro a piedi si trova una zona di sabbia per un’ingressi più semplice in acqua. Le camere sono comode, con aria condizionata utile durante le ore notturne. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono un paio di ottimi ristoranti, mentre il primo supermercato è a 15 minuti a piedi ma con Grab si gira benissimo tutta l’isola. Renate è stata molto utile nel fornirci indicazioni e contatti locali oltre ad organizzare il servizio da e per l’aeroporto con un autista di fiducia (economico rispetto a Grab). In generale un’ottima vacanza!

The property was a perfect haven and base for island sightseeing and adventures. It was located strategically between Fisherman’s Village and Lamai which is where we spent most of our time. The pool was refreshing after our outings. The layout gave our group of 5 adults plenty of space and individual privacy and was supported by a central kitchen/living area in which to gather and eat. The house was great for our group of 5. The outdoors area was spectacular. It's definitely on a VERY steep hill, and a bit further from town than I expected, but the views can't be beat. And it was very easy to get taxis to/from the house whenever needed. The house manager was extremely responsive, and organized scooter rentals for us and sent local recommendations. We had a great time!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf koh phangan in der Unterkunft geliebt! Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, direkt am Strand. Es ist ein Haus zwischen der Unterkunft und dem Meer, man kann das Meer aber von der Terrasse aus sehen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Ebenso gab es eine tolle zusammengestellte pdf vorab und vor Ort ausgedruckt mit allen wichtigen Infos zur Unterkunft und Empfehlungen was man vor Ort machen kann. Die Taxi Fahrer die mit der Unterkunft zusammen arbeiten waren super lieb und jederzeit erreichbar. Wirklich eine einzigartige tolle Unterkunft und Host! Nochmal vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! 😊

Highly Recommended Perfect location, roughly equidistant to all other areas of interest on the island Big comfy bed + blackout curtains + powerful air conditioning Fantastic unobstructed view Everything is exactly as per the pictures, except the bathroom which is actually bigger in real Host is 10/10, easy communication, super responsive and fast to react - The place feels homey and cozy Other comments mention loud music, which is indeed true but it's not as bad as described, parties are down to once a week and decibel level is not that excessive, for reference when streaming a show on my phone, i wouldn't hear anything else Keeping in mind the easy access, the proximity to every need within walking distance, the central yet with a secluded feel, it's like being in a nature cocoon but close the shops/stores/services/food Worth It

The location is lovely. A few steps to the beach. There were some nice restaurants in walking distance. Steven connected us with Mr. Pon and family who were both lovely, great for transportation needs, and could get us bikes which was fun but also the Grab service works well. Communicating with Steven was great and he was attentive. The bed was pretty comfortable and the shower had nice hot water. The place could use some updating, but other than that it was good.

Lovely spacious apartment on the front left corner of the building (looking from the sea). On the 1st floor, so balcony overlooks the restaurant area nextdoor and bedroom overlooks the pool & sea. Adequately equipped kitchen with large fridge with freezer compartment. Great view of sunrise every day. Pool area very clean, comfortable sunbeds, shade area if you want it. Although there are restaurants nearby, would recommend a bike or car to explore the area further. Warunee put us in touch with a local guy called Boyd to organise our transfer from Surat Thani; he was amazing! English speaking, full of information and knowledge, very helpful and reliable.

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

L’accueil se fait par le personnel de l’hôtel situé dans le même complexe, personnel très accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le logement se trouve à côté d’un Resort où vous pouvez accéder à la piscine. Le logement est très bien et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Comme précisé sur l’annonce et les autres commentaires, aucun ménage ne sera fait sauf si vous payez 500bht. À environ 20/30 minutes à pieds du centre de Chaweng et environ 200bht pour 2 en tuktuk. Chao est très réactif et à votre écoute, je recommande à 100%.

Our stay at the residence was great! We arrived slightly later than expected and this was no problem with checking in. Throughout our stay both Christelle and Valerie were very attentive and helpful to us and any of our requests. The residence is quiet and private albeit a bit separated from the main areas. However, there’s a 7/11 nearby and it is easy to find on grab so getting around is no problem. Just keep in mind that it’ll take you at least 15-30 minutes by car to get to the more crowded areas and restaurants. Would definitely recommend :)

Квартира прекрасная, очень красивая, светлая, уютная, с потрясающей террасой. Немного требует ремонта, но очень комфортная для проживания. Не понравилось отсутствие горячей воды в душевой кабине. Мы мылись в ванне, но в ней нет шторки и вода течет на пол. Самое плохое было что хозяйка не дала никаких инструкций по заселению, хотя мы просили ее об этом когда звонили из аэропорта. Потом у нее просто был отключен телефон и мы не знали что нам делать. Координаты на Airbnb привели нас не туда. Мы сделали три круга прежде чем найти нужный въезд. Нам помог охранник, который не говорил по английски, но оказалось что ключи у него. Это был единственный неприятный момент. Позже хозяйка вышла на связь и принесла извинения. Также подарила сувениры. Спасибо большое за это, нам было приятно. Совет: вбивайте в google maps “BLEU CONDO”. Не используте координаты. В остальном все было превосходно! P.S. Вокруг очень тихо, не слышно шум дорог. Но петухи начинают в 4-5 утра, берите беруши :)
