Du parking vous avez un accès direct sur la terrasse privative comprenant salon de jardin et barbecue. L'aménagement intérieur est très spacieux propre, confortable et stylé. Les lits sont fait à votre arrivée et des draps de bains sont mit à votre disposition. Dernierement nous avons rajouté un ventilateur brumisateur d'air afin de vous faire passer un séjour agréable en cas de grosse chaleur !

The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a mezzanine, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It was renovated in 2024, it is located in the center of the village of Coltines. Ideally located you will find nearby the airfield, Lioran ski resort, Prat de Bouc, Garabit Viaduct, the towns of Murat and Saint Flour, many rivers and the GTMC road.
