This beautiful newly renovated home is less than a mile from Historical downtown Clayton. It has a deck that wraps around the back of the house with private area. All new furniture throughout the house. Very comfortable new mattresses and bedding. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, laundry room with washer and dryer, flatscreen TV in the living room and one of the bedroomThere is local kayaking white water rafting and Scenic overlooks and waterfalls to hike to.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

My place is close to Smoky Mountains, Helen, Tallulah Gorge, waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain lakes, hour from Atlanta, parks, great views, restaurants, art and culture. World class trout fishing just 20 minutes away, where I caught my 10 lb., 26" one! I welcome couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Popular hiking trails and waterfalls are just 3 miles away. Handicapped accessible, including shower. TV with dozens of DVD movies, no cable or satellite.
