We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Mihiripenna! The property is even more beautiful than in the photos—spacious, clean, and surrounded by nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pool and garden were perfect for unwinding, and the location was ideal—just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride to the beach and nearby restaurants. A special mention goes to Nimal, the villa’s cook, who treated us to absolutely delicious meals every day. Each dish was full of flavor and made with so much care—it truly elevated our experience and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the south coast in comfort and style!

We stayed three nights in the AirBnB and had a great time! The AirBnB is quietly located and has a beautiful garden. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We were very satisfied. Dilan's wife brought us a snack twice, which we found very nice. She also took care of our clothes and the scooter when it rained. Communication with Dilan was great and we would recommend anyone to spend a few days here.

The treehouse is an amazing place to stay for exploring the south coast of Sri Lanka. The location is very private and enclosed but still close to the towns of Unawatuna and Galle. The treehouse itself was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and even have a BBQ! The pool was a great size and depth with a cool rope swing. The hosts were very helpful and attentive, with a very friendly doorman. We wish we could have stayed longer as this was the highlight of our trip.

The place is in a truly lovely place, nestled amidst lush greenery. The location was incredibly calm and quiet, offering a perfect escape. The house itself was beautiful, even more so than the pictures suggested. Ben was a great host, making sure our stay was absolutely unhindered. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

Terrene Villa was everything and more. Jalal responded quickly to any queries before arrival and during the booking process. We stayed for two weeks as a family of 4, plus daughter's boyfriend. The villa is stunning and just as described. Sri Lanka is the gift that keeps on giving and Terrene Villa is the perfect place to enjoy it all. Suda and Judi (apologies if I have spelt their names wrong) were a delight and looked after us very well. Their breakfasts were enjoyable and the fresh juices were delicious. The gardens were kept beautifully and what a joy to see monkeys in the trees and on the roof! Viraj sorted all our travel and day trips out and was always quick to reply and make suggestions. We were so sad to leave the villa, it really is an oasis of calm.

We loved Cocomari. It was beautiful and relaxing. Nice accommodations. Would definitely return to stay again.

The Old Chilli House apartment is an amazing and well designed place. From the moment that I stepped inside, I already felt at home. Everything is beautifully arranged, super clean and attention has been put to detail. Enough space is also given, the apartment even has a walk in closet. I absolutely loved the balcony and the whole vibe of the apartment. It is away from the hustle and bustle. On top, Kris and his family are perfect hosts, and the breakfast was great. Kris is a super friendly, funny and energetic guy, that really cares about his guests! Highly recommended place 😀!

Where to start.. In my 10+ years on Airbnb, I have never come across a property like this. The hosts and their kids are just exquisite. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and cater to your every need. The apartment is brand-new, super clean, and has all the amenities needed at the same time the lush jungle and green surroundings give a very tropical vibe. Working from home cannot be better, more peaceful, and private and with high-speed internet. The family loves to cook a meal for you, so you can keep on working or simply enjoy a relaxing stay. There is also the possibility to rent their scooter or tuk-tuk, make use of the laundry services and enjoy a yoga session on the rooftop deck. It's situated in the middle of the jungle, with monkeys and all kinds of lovely creatures. We love to surf, and with the beach just 5 mins scooter ride away, we felt like we had everything we could dream of. We will be back for sure!:) Thank you Nalaka and family for the wonderful stay!

I was searching for a place to establish a home base for my trip when Ann's property caught my attention. I was captivated by what it had to offer in the photos, so I booked it with great excitement. Ann was incredibly responsive and helped me plan my trip accurately by being flexible with my dates, ensuring I felt right at home from the very first day. When I arrived, I walked onto the balcony, which provided a serene view of the Ahangama ocean. The apartment was exactly what I wished for and more. It was very clean, tidy, and thoughtfully furnished. The apartment truly felt like a home, helping me unwind each day and wake up refreshed for the next. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Ann and her team, including Mane, for being exceptional hosts who always greeted me with a smile and provided thoughtful care. Amazing host and the space was extremely homely. It was picturesque and exactly as the photos advertised. The amenities were functional and the space in itself was well maintained and clean. It was an Eco-friendly abode. It was a calm and peaceful stay. A little away from the hustle and bustle but the distance to other restaurants and shops were pretty close by and walkable. Transportation was also easily available.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks as we wanted a relaxing holiday to South Sri Lanka. We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is in a fabulous location making it very easy to walk to breakfast/dinner and beach front bars in the evening. La belle on the doorstep of the place is great for sunset. Gianluca is a super friendly host, was very helpful, always responding quickly, he also arranged a bike for us for our stay which was very helpful. The apartment was cleaned regularly & we were provided with fresh shower & beach towels. Highly recommend staying here.

A place you never want to leave... In the middle of a forest, surrounded by a variety of animals, lies this little paradise. Beach, shops and restaurants are in walking distance and also really good. We were happy to eat local dishes in Cool Place and right next to it also discovered the bakery, who sells his bread from the bakery (absolute secret tip). Amila is always easily accessible and helps where he can. I was surfing with him and he organized for us a day trip to the rainforest, which he even accompanied us to. The driver was a piece of gold and stopped for us countless times so we could take photos. Amila has become a good friend and we miss him and the Banana Leaf House already.

As soon as we arrived, Chanuka received us with sincerity. Their welcome drinks were amazing. The house was as beautiful as the pictures. We were impressed by the sincerity of their entire family. And the check-out day was truly amazing. They organized breakfast and lunch for us. We had a wonderful few days. Those who want to visit Galle can rest assured in this house. I had a really lovely stay! Ranjit Uncle was super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The apartment is in a great location with sort walkable distance to great cafes and shops. I wanted a quiet spot where I could read, write and relax and I found this to be the perfect apartment for me.

We experienced excellent hospitality from Mr Nihal and his wife during our very short stay at Galle. The apartment was exactly as advertised, spacious, squeaky clean and all listed amenities functional. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning in the room was a plus to beat the humid Galle weather. The area was quiet, peaceful and a short tuk tuk ride away from the Fort. The hosts were extremely helpful when we had trouble figuring out the shower and they also provided us with tea and snacks before our early morning check-out. We truly appreciate their kindness and thoughtfulness towards their guests. Highly recommend this stay at Galle.

Our stay couldn’t have been more amazing. The apartment is so beautiful and comfortable. It’s spotless clean, great kitchen facilities and ice cold AC. It’s located right in front of a little local beach where there is a lot of boats docked which is stunning for sunset. The locals around are all so friendly as well. Such quick and helpful communication from the host. Couldn’t recommend enough it’s an absolute steal for the price.

This is a great place! It’s close to all of the major attractions. The place is very clean and has just about anything you could need. The hosts are helpful and kind. I highly recommend this stay to anyone.
