Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tamahere

After two weeks of utilizing airbnbs in NZ, this property has by far been our favorite. Beautiful views, walkable to great restaurants, very clean… we can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We just hope we can return soon!

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Staying at this house in Raglan was a true escape from time. From the moment I walked in, I felt an incredibly peaceful atmosphere, as if the outside world had simply faded away. The house itself is a rare gem: warm, welcoming, and instantly making you feel at home and at ease. Every detail seems thoughtfully designed to inspire deep relaxation. And the view… absolutely magical. A truly special place, perfect for anyone seeking to recharge their batterie. A huge thank you to Muzz, who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, even setting up the spa for me at the last minute!

Great location and nice clean home with a good layout for how many rooms there are. Nice to have a soak in the hot tub after long days exploring and surfing! Also a gorgeous view of the water from the deck and living room. We will be back again for sure!

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities The location was also perfect – peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to key attractions and local markets. We had an absolutely amazing time at Soul Sanctury farm house Stay.The rooms were spacious and spotless with great decor and crisp bed sheets.The space was immaculately clean and welcoming atmosphere.Moreover stunning views and would highly reccommend the stay to others. Our stay at Gail’s gorgeous cabin was incredible. The feel clean cabin, heating, and the facilities inside were amazing. The outdoor area with a spa for stargazing was perfect, Espically whilst being surrounded by nature. It truely made us feel so at peace and like we’re the only ones exisiting in the planet. Highly recommend this slice of paradise, especially being a 5 minute drive to Raglan town!! Location was everything. Thanks again Gail, our stay was incredible.

Stunning surroundings, private and cosy!!! Absolutely loved staying at Kathryn and David’s. a great choice if you’re looking to unwind and disconnect from the city.

We are unsure where to start! The cottage exceeded our expectations and we were honestly so happy with our stay. The sauna, outdoor bath, indoor spa bath, the tranquillity, the cottage amenities, all of it. It allowed us to "Disconnect to reconnect" with each other. We cannot thank Denver and Diane enough for the beautiful spot they have made available for us "townies"

it's our second time at Kath and Dave's place, and still fell in love with the beautiful surroundings! A warning though, if you are not a nature lover, or unable to live without the convenience of life e.g. no wifi, no tv, no radio, being mindful of your rubbish --- as it is just 100% serene surroundings --then you would not fall in love with this place! the fireplace is cool, amazing place to just be still, and slow down in life! There are so many things that you can enjoy when you look how great it is walking up with the birds singing, and the smell of fresh air!!!

We had a wonderful stay here in Raglan, the only downside being that we wished we had booked for more than one night! This is the most peaceful location and absolutely beautiful - yet only a 10mins drive into town. The house is spotless and cosy, with a definite highlight being the outdoor bath. This place is pure luxury! Thank you so much, we’d love to come back again.

We booked very last last minute for the Auckland anniversary weekend, and Tori was a great host and was able to accommodate our request. The place was rustic and beautiful to stay at. We didn’t see or hear anyone, which was exactly what we wanted. The house has all the amenities as per the description and was super comfy. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Raglan town and the waterfall were only a 15 min drive away so you can get out and do this easily if you don’t always need the peace and quiet. I’d highly recommend staying here is you want some peace, beautiful countryside around you and a wonderful host.
