The place is exactly like the pictures from the listing. It is so clean and feels like home! There are thoughtful and useful amenities that really stands out like towels, Dyson similar hairdryer, water filter dispenser and even a standing steamer. They are also very friendly, responsive and accommodating. This is really an amazing stay and I will book with them again!!

The space is great for 2 families and located at a good location! Food places are less than 5min drive away.

The accom is clean, except that there is a sewage smell in the bathroom. This doesnt affect us too much though since there is ventilation fan. The location is def good as its the only apartment within mt austin. You have almost everything within walking distance eg. massage, food, ktv etc. Fuss-free check-in and out! Most grab drivers dont know where is the pickup point, so it is best to identify some landmarks and inform the driver.

The place is very comfort for family trip

Overall the place was great, unit located right in front of the lift. Toilets were abit run down and had a bit of a drainage smell but everything else is as advertised, a simple tidy apartment. Spacious and could probably fit up to 6-7 people comfortably. Private carpark entrance was quite tight for bigger cars, depending on which side you drive from it might be hard to turn in comfortably and go up safely, but this isn't a fault of the host, just something to point out for future guests.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and well kept. Check in was a breeze. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Nicholas for being so helpful and responsive!

Host is very helpful and responsive to my queries. Instructions given were very clear and we have no problem checking in and finding the unit. The place is very spacious for my big family. It's free of clutter and the furnishing is neat and tidy. I will sure book this place again for our next trip.

Sapphire’s home is absolutely beautiful! It is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was great, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. More importantly, Sapphire was an amazing host…super responsive, warm, and incredibly accommodating to all my requests. Her hospitality made the stay even more special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to return in the future!

well -equipped place. Adults games such as mahjong and tables, drinking games etc provided. Tv box available for multitude entertainment. proper dining table with utensils, plates and bowls for use. Beddings are comfortable (sofa can be converted to bed). location is impeccable. Lot of food options just downstairs and near Aeon Tebrau area.

Great location connected to ksl mall with shops and food around. well furnished and great projector, used it for listening to music and watching shows on YouTube. unfortunately the remote control for projector didn't work well and we had to press directly on the projector. lifts rather old and rickety. and lifts were slow because each lift is separately controlled with their own buttons so it was inefficient, but didn't have to wait too long anyway. Aircon was okay temperature but blanket was too thick to use in that temp.

This was our 2nd stay and this time was also great stay . Thanks Elson for your fabulous hospitality! Ps: you might consider to keep few kitchen utensils and storage containers. Also daily cleaning for long stayers .

Best host ever, Some hiccups but the host took time to call me to assure us she is gonna fix the problem. She even refunded us for the first day stay and 20% off for our next booking with her. She handled the situation swiftly. And not forgetting we checked in after midnight and she was able to reply and call me to explain and apologise soo many times. Such a nice caring person. Highly recommend. Apartment was super nice view. Very cosy. Only had to wait for the lift. Took forever. But it’s normal. Thank you Host;)🥰😍😍

Koh made the check in process very straightforward and was also flexible with the check out timing when we had overslept! The place is nice with a great balcony view and projector works great with the blinds shut. Would stay over again :)

It was a very nice apartment , very cozy and have 5 star hotel service. The host really think of the guuest comfort. Very recomenned. will stay here again next visit. note ; the floor but quite slipery, maybe too clean ...... except that everything is perfect .
