Holiday rentals with a patio in Taman Melawati

Had a really great stay at Gary’s place! Super clean, comfy, and exactly like the photos. The location was super convenient too. Hosts were really helpful and friendly. check-in and check-out were super smooth with clear instructions. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in KL. Thanks so much for everything! 😊

House: Great, full of amenities. great floor carpet and cleaning cloth available. even Cooking oil, chili sauce, conditioner also available. feel like home. Cleanliness: sparkling clean. location: great, less than 5 min walk to Lalaport Mall. lost of restaurants and great mall not so crowded. Jaya Grocery & Healthland Pharmacy also inside, easy to get all you need. Bonus: lots of children toys, my kid love to play and don't want to leave the room. Cons: sometimes, there are some noise upstairs, no problem if sleep at main bedroom, but will hear it clearly if sleep at second small room. Besides that's, the 2nd room queen bede is spring bed which is also quite noisy and not so comfortable compare to main bedroom one. Summary: Worth the value, clean, convenience, satisfied stay. Will stay again and hopefully host will change the 2nd bed to a more comfy one. Recommended, especially for kid

Stella is a great host , always responsive and ready to help in case we need anything. House is exactly as pictures , super comfortable stay for my family with kids, no outside disturbance. House has good bedding for a relaxed sleep , sufficient storage for 4 pax. Overall , all amenities listed are provided and are of great quality. My kids felt like home. I will definitely recommend it for everyone and it is already in my list of favourites for my next trip to KL. Location is also quite good ( airport about 40 mins drive, KLCC, KL Sentral, Bukit Bintang about 20-25 mins drive) , easy to get grab as it always arrived within 5-7 mins. Host is very helpful, always available to help us out. Apartment is beautiful and perfect for a family stay. Family friendly neighborhood. Apartment has resort style pool and lot fun activities for all age group. Highly recommended. If you are not going to stay here you will miss out enjoying KL.

It was great and affordable. Worth the money

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

The place was extremely clean, exactly like the pictures. Location is right in the city centre of all the popular malls! But driving will be a hassle because of the jam. Overall, the experience was very good. Entire apartment is very well maintained. If I were to come back, I’ll book this apartment again!

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The place offers excellent connection to the Sunway Velocity mall as well as the local transport with MRT. Futhermore, the area is safe and lots of local shops were present that satisfied our needs. Overall an excellent stay and we would love to come back again at this stay when we come back again in Kuala Lumpur!

Clean and nice house

We had a comfy stay. Nice city view from the balcony. There are restaurants around the area if you’d like supper. This is a nice quiet area surrounded by other condos. Pros: Comfortable open concept Clean 10-15 min drive to Bukit Bintang area Peaceful sleep (we stayed near Bukit Bintang areas before and they were so noisy though they were conveniently near to the sights and shopping) Cons: Drain smell from shared toilet which we managed by shutting the toilet door after we use it. It’s obviously a condo issue cos we can smell it from outside as well. If you come in at peak hour, there’s lots of cars at the lobby blocking entrance. It took us some time to gain access.
