The access to the beach is great is really on the side of the house, I really enjoyed swimming when I wake up and in the evening too, then it's very close to the house. The stay was better than expected, very clean and smelling environment, wonderful pool, very good barbecue, with all the essential items, good bed, the house is very new, finally, everything was perfect, I felt at home, it will be an option for the next time.

We were not greeted directly by the hostess, she answered us quickly by phone and gave us clear instructions, the janitor was the one who welcomed us and was super solicitous, helped us a lot. The person responsible for cleaning the house before our arrival was delayed and for this reason delayed our check-in too, we waited for 30 minutes to be able to enter, the janitor offered to let us know when everything was ready and so did. On our first day we lacked water, but again the caretaker quickly solved the problem. The house is very beautiful, well located, the access to the beach is close by, there are not many options of nearby restaurants, but we passed the market and everything went well because the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. I really liked it, I recommend it.

Great stay, extremely pleasant place, full kitchen, the 3 bathrooms are a great differential. Excellent pool and a great location. No issues in stay, gentle, polite host, and respond quickly. I will definitely return!

Very complete house in a very good condominium, very close to the beach, but a little far from markets, bakeries, etc. Carolina was very attentive at all times, I hope to return soon.

A perfect, quiet stay. We loved our weekend at the house. Photos match the house, well located, close to the beach. Dona Rejane is very polite and attentive, not to mention her little Ze, who is very nice. We'll be back more often. I highly recommend it!

Mr. Fernando is always available, proactive, received us personally, we have not had any setbacks with the residence. Only lack of alignments with staff of the house, but quickly resolved by Mr. Fernando. I have been with family, elderly people and children, the residence serves everyone, with the ease of being standing in the sand, has a suite downstairs that caters to those who have difficulty climbing and descending stairs. I recommend the residence!

Great location by the beach. Beth and Jailson were very helpful, good food, clean house and pool, always helpful and willing to help. The rooms are relatively small but little time is spent there, the open area is beautiful and very well maintained. The beach varies greatly with the tide and the wind, and can be calm or more angry according to the time of day. The natural pools are relatively close by, but a bit far away for walking along the beach with young children. The city infrastructure itself is not good, there are few public accesses and parking to other beaches, but then the advantage of this house by the sea, we ended up leaving little. We love our stay and will probably return!

One of the best accommodations we've ever had, the house is perfect, everyone in the family loved the stay, very spacious house, wonderful pool, super equipped kitchen and very well equipped barbecue area, the bed blankets are a very soft delight, clean and fragrant towels, the host and her staff treated us very well. Amazing seaside house in Tamandaré, just steps from the waterfront – beautiful by day and magic at night. The space is large, comfortable and functional, with everything working perfectly. Ideal for families seeking rest, natural beauty and practicality in one place. The house is perfect for relaxing, cooking in a group, enjoying the beach and living unforgettable moments. The atmosphere is peaceful, so it is important to keep the sound moderate to respect the neighbors – something that has in no way disturbed our experience. Edson was super attentive, explained everything to us very carefully and ensured that we felt at home from start to finish.

I was able to enjoy the stay very well with my family! Everyone was able to rest, enjoy and take advantage of Carneiros Beach! I attribute much of this enjoyment to Crystal's kindness, who was always willing to help us and give us lots of tips! I recommend it and intend to return!
