Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright. Restaurants are located at the bottom of the building. Beautiful harbor views. Naval group 10 minutes away by car. For everyone's safety, we have installed a security camera in the lobby that monitors comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There's no elevator and the stairs are narrow.
