Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

"Au petit Canada": Chalet in the heart of Morvan

A stone's throw from Lake Chaumeçon, known as "Little Canada", in the heart of the Morvan, we welcome you to this authentic and spacious chalet, rated 3 stars, with a large living room with bay windows, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a mezzanine, a terrace and a large garden, overlooking the wooded hills with no neighbors opposite. Serenity, gentle landscapes, forests and lakes, hiking, access to water activities and heritage. Sweety, a lovely little independent kitten, will share your stay.

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover gîte. Total comfort is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building near the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructures of the stopover lodge can be used. Breakfast is available for €11/person and can be booked upon arrival.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Chaumes de Villeneuve "The Chalet"

Located a few km from Châtillon en Bazois, in the center of France, only 3 hours from Paris, the "Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve" is located in the middle of a large garden and surrounded by oak trees, all a few steps from the Nivernais canal. Its unique character and the calm of the place will offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the Nièvre, in the Bazois, with a view of the Morvan. Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy within 10 mins.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 ha of land, a pond (very often dry), and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults; it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
