I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

My wife and I had a lovely time at Lucy’s, we were so fortunate to experience the gorgeous manor and its grounds! Everything was in pristine condition and comfortable. The coach house had everything needed and Lucy was a great help to make our time extra special. This is the perfect place for a romantic and special experience for those who appreciate historical properties and beautiful gardens. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to book the manor!

Big, beautiful home for a large gathering. Decorated the summer house for my daughter's 21st which was lovely. Lovely garden with furniture and hot tub. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a lovely stay

It was lovely inside and out and spotless there was 11 of us staying aged from 45-11 and not one of us had any faults they all thought it was great the only thing that the teenagers complained about was the pool closed at 6:30 and we had only gotten back from Alton towers at 6pm so maybe keeping it open a little bit later would benefit the younger crowd.

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

Stunning property, furnished beautifully, with wonderful crockery always a bonus & you can tell everything has been thought through with care & attention to detail. Just simply beautiful & the dogs loved the resident dogs. You will not be disappointed plus the sofa & bed are super comfy. Everything you need for a wonderful trip away ❤️

Had a great stay at Adam’s place. He was very responsive and the house was super clean and cozy. Perfectly located for me to stay close to family. Kitchen well equipped and beds are super comfy. Bath tub was a dream! Thanks again Adam!

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay, I would absolutely come back with very little hesitation! I will however point out a few things that may be helpful if you choose to stay on this wonderful property... because it doesn't have aircon, if you are staying during a bout of warm weather, all of the gorgeous windows do turn the cottage into a bit of a greenhouse - however because they all open up, a breeze is totally possible. Only other note is when opening the windows to cool down (and because this is a real farm in the country) there are A LOT of bug friends you will make. I think we'll come prepared with a bug candle or two next time so we can enjoy the open air and less mosquitoes ;-)

Firstly the cottage was exactly what you see in the pictures, it’s a definite must stay! Perfectly situated in a lovely cosy hamlet, not that I was trying to find anything wrong with but there was genuinely nothing wrong, amazing cottage! It’s had everything you need to make your stay great, all the amenities plus a cute garden which is perfect for unwinding after day of exploring the Cotswold with the dog. Sue’s communication was great, responded almost instantly and has to be the thorough when it comes to information before you arrive, she left no stone unturned! We were supposed to stay over the Easter bank holiday but had to change the dates last minute due to an unsuspected commitment and Sue couldn’t have been more helpful which was greatly appreciated. All in all this was a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect page to stay with friends. We celebrated a chilled weekend in here and it was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more if it tried, definitely worth a visit. We will most definitely be returning again. Thank you for hosting us

This was a perfect little cottage for our night's stay. We'd actually tried to stay elsewhere and had to leave because it was so bad - this cottage was a breath of fresh air and just what we needed! Bright and spotlessly clean and well-sized. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Fallon’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With beautiful artwork. Fallon was a fantastic host, always responsive, and helpful. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

A lovely property, equipped with everything you could need, in an equally wonderful location with lovely amenities available in a few minutes, we very much enjoyed our stay and the welcome hamper.

This is my second stay here and it was just as good as the first (apart from the weather being so warm). Clear instructions from the owner and really easy to gain access. I will 100% stay again if available.

amazing place. 10 of us stayed for a weekend event in the NEC and this was a 5 minute drive away. I love that everyone had a bed and when we all hung out in the living room and kitchen it did not feel too crowded. the outdoor space is fab too. clean and pretty. communication fab. want to stay again!

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

I had a really lovely stay – the house is beautifully done, spotless throughout and in such a peaceful location. It was a perfect base for a course I was doing nearby, and being so close to a couple of big supermarkets was also super convenient. The bed was incredibly comfy and all the instructions for the house were really clear, which made everything super easy. The kitchen was great – both the oven and fridge were spotlessand there was such a generous range of condiments, tea, coffee and bits in the fridge available to use. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it feel really welcoming. A huge thank you to Dayna for being so kind and understanding during my stay – it meant a lot. I also really appreciated the offer of a flexible check-out, even though I didn’t end up needing it. Would absolutely recommend this place to others – it’s a lovely home and Dayna is so thoughtful! Thank you.

I absolutely loved the cottage. My whole stay there was all I hoped it would be and more.From arriving it felt like home so Cosy and quiet with lovely neighbours .I am definitely booking for next year.Shackerstone is "my Happy place"I wish I had made my visit much sooner.Going back to my roots brought joy to my soul.Being able to stay in your dear little cottage was the icing on the cake I couldn't have found anywhere better to stay in. Roll on next year and 59 Church Walk home from home.🫶
