Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tân Bình

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This place suited my group very well. All bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a little tricky to find the place initially for our group that arrived at different times. The immediate area is residential and a fantastic taste of local life. All the bright lights of the tourist must-sees are a short Grab ride away. Amenities provided at the house were appreciated (incl detergent powder for the washing machine). This is a townhouse and thus there are lots of stairs to be mindful of. I would stay here again.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Long's airbnb was everything as described. We were a group of 6 so the place was perfect fit for us. Communication was responsive and the hosts were easy to chat to. All check in instruction was easy to follow and understand. The host gave us plenty of recommendation of what to eat nearby. The airbnb was clean and had pretty much all the essential amentities. They also have filtered drinking water so you dont need to buy bottled water everyday. One thing I would like to note is there are a lot of stairs, so if you're staying on the top floor, be prepared ;) Location-wise, plenty to eat and lots to do at night. If you're there for the party, this is the airbnb for you. Highly recommend.

Very responsive and helpful host, with helpful explanations and recommendations. We had a little trouble finding the place at first and Thuong was waiting outside, looking out for us. She went out of her way to be helpful. Otherwise it was very easy to get in and out with an automatc pass card (with keycode option). The place was clean, as in the photos, quiet and felt secure - the area I noted was on some of the food tours of the city and is a good place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Cosy place in the villa area. Nice sweetshop and restaurants around, including Japanese, Vietnamese. Pharmacy, supermarket, flowershop, 7/11, Japanese market and nice coffee shops in the walking distance. If you are solo, you will enjoy, if you are a couple yiu can make it romantic dinner at the restaurant or you can prepare romantic breakfast for two in the premises since kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of great food and local attractions nearby. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, even arranging for an early check-in to accommodate our 3 AM arrival. Communication was smooth and everything went perfectly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in Vietnam. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

Enjoyed our stay here. Great Location, near the metro stop and also near so many cafes, restaurants and shops. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of five, and stylish interior too.

The host is very nice, the room is very clean and tidy, each bedroom has a private bathroom, very convenient

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

Sang was an amazing host. He was happy to accomodate our requests and was proactive with his communications. We did not feel a need to step out for our daily essentials as it was already provided to us for a minimal fee. The pool was clean and a daily maid would ensure the house is cleaned. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends wanting to spend their time in Ho Chi Minh!
