Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Tân Bình

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

We were a little surprised at first by this small driveway and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly accustomed. The place was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

Nguyen is very nice as a host, he was available all the time, he agreed to check-in very early in the morning (around 5am) and he kept in touch with us all the time. The accommodation is very clean from the airport, only 20/25mn walk, it is large and spacious, clean and well decorated, its 2 bedrooms were more than enough to welcome us and allow us to rest during a stopover at the airport.

Beautiful, squeaky clean, and modern 1-bedroom apartment with free access to the gym and pool. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of several supermarkets and right next door to a 7-Eleven. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in two hours early. I’d love to stay here again—highly recommended!

5 month stay and it felt like my own little home. The location cannot be beaten with the price. Walking to the gym, restaurants, convenience store, salon, or grocery store is very doable. The cherry on top is getting a free coffee in the morning from friendly staff.

It’s a pretty good place to stay and it’s near the Airport, i highly recommend this place if you want to live near the Airport

Clean and easy to access Peter is an excellent host I liked the piano and TV which was of good quality for a performance of this price, nearby amenities, no noise I will be back!!

I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment in Sky Center Phổ Quang. The place was clean, fully equipped, and conveniently located near the airport and many local restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful. I was happy with everything and would definitely come back again!
