Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, trang thiết bị mới mẻ, host nhận vấn đề và support mọi thứ rất nhanh. Khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, khu vực đồ dùng chung cũng rất nhiều vật dụng: bàn ủi, bếp, tủ lạnh lớn,…Chị Thảo ở Home rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và dễ thương. Home ở khu vực mặt đường cũng khá ổn, di chuyển đến các khu vực trung tâm cũng nhanh và dễ dàng. Cảm ơn Home và có dịp sẽ quay lại.

This place suited my group very well. All bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a little tricky to find the place initially for our group that arrived at different times. The immediate area is residential and a fantastic taste of local life. All the bright lights of the tourist must-sees are a short Grab ride away. Amenities provided at the house were appreciated (incl detergent powder for the washing machine). This is a townhouse and thus there are lots of stairs to be mindful of. I would stay here again.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of four, each with our own clean, comfy studio. The Japanese-inspired design was a refreshing change, especially the tatami-style touches. Three rooms had mini kitchens; Ebi didn’t, but had a water dispenser, which was super handy, and saved us from having to buy cartons of water. The garden at the back was a great gathering spot for us at night, though we wished it had more comfortable seating with backrests or moveable chairs from the rooms. We also encountered a minor hiccup with the ceiling fan in the common area not working, which could have been checked beforehand. Location was quiet and private. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Some downsides: Rooms lacked blackout curtains, especially Ebi, and all rooms could hear early morning tennis games—soundproofing would help. Also, facial tissues weren’t in rooms and were only available on request. Overall, it was a well-curated stay, we'd definitely recommend it!

This was our first time in Vietnam and we noticed Yen’s listing to be a rare find — we had to book. From check-in to check-out, Yen was responsive, flexible, friendly, and overall one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. The best part: great location for first timers and walkable to anything you might need on your trip. Enjoy the stay—it’ll be worth it with this bnb. ☺️

clean house, great host. carrying luggages up and down 3 set of stairs is difficult. house is in a quiet area and small lane , no easily accessed by larger vehicles.

Price was great! Host spoke English over the phone for any issues. Free parking was great~ the room was relatively clean and location is convienent however a bit hard to find as its in an alley~ just look for the phuc long and go into alley. Could have had more amenities like hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. Would book again

We stayed at Thang’s apartment for one night since we needed a place to sleep waiting for a flight. This is clean apartment near to the Ho Chi Minh airport good for short stay for family or 2 couples. There are shops and restaurants in its neighborhood. Communication with Thang was efficient.

Clean and cozy living space. Shared with host, but very tidy and accessible. Able to come in and out at any time with minor rules mostly not interrupting with stay.

Great location with many shops around, very close to airport, free swimming pool is a bonus for kid. This is why i keep coming back to the botanica. Host also very responsive and quick to communicate.

I had to make a last minute reservation to extend my stay in HMC due to a missed flight. It was perfect for my needs and highly recommend Lan’s hospitality.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Really nice appartement in a beautiful building. There is everything that you need if you want to use the kitchen or to work from home. This the best deal ever in Ho Chi Minh if you are looking for something authentic with great standards. I recommend

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

호스트의 응답도 빠르고, 간결하고 편한 숙소입니다. 특히 어린 아이와의 여행에서 낮은 메트리스에서 수면이 가능해서 편안히 잘 수 있었습니다. 주변 롯데마트나 7군, 1군 이동도 가까운 편이고 숙소 건물내에 편의점도 있어 편리합니다.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
