Apartment was really clean and located beside shopping mall only for 8-10mins by walk, so i could buy stuff easily. And Ha was really kind and nice person.

Khanh 's condo is in a good and safe location. it is easy to find a lot of restaurants and food there. The condo is very beautiful. The room is very comfortable , clean, and quiet. Khanh and his wife and his employees are very friendly , honest, and helpful. The price is valuable. The service is very good. I really like and happy to stay there and will go back to stay there again next time . I am very satisfied to stay in Khanh's place. Thank Khanh and his employees for all helps!

Very responsive host, very affordable and great accommodation, very comfortably fitted 8 people.

Khanh was exceptionally responsive both before and during my stay. I liked the rental was private and has all the amenities. Like a self contained studio with kitchen, private bath, TV, kettle and fridge. The internet is fast, there's washing machines and a roof top area to view the skyline. It's about 12 min walk to the closest main road, 25 min walk to Lotte. 5 min walk to bakery Hy Lam Mon. Van Hanh mall and the cinema is also great. Further afield -Takashimaya mall & food court does good exchange rate. If you need the sim, head to Viettel store 307 D le Dai Hanh as the staff speak English well. I paid 120k for the sim and 8gb/day for 7days. If OS roaming is needed, download the Viettal app and register your account on the phone. Ask the store to activate roaming. Next preload money onto your account by using Viettel scratchy/top up vouchers from Vinmart/Circle K. App doesn't acpt o/s card. Register roaming plan on your last day. If have time left, check out Q3 cafe -Nha Ba Teria

If you are not physical fitness, then do not stay on third floor. you need to walk up 61 steps to third floors. good luck

We booked Ahn's apartment as the location was very convenient for early morning flight. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning and TV. Enjoyed wandering the area. Park and restaurants close by, and a mini mart and cafe at the complex. Thanks Ahn. Most appreciated.

The apt. is located in a great place. The neighborhood is very nice. There are many convenient stores around. The apt building is very new and clean with good service. The room is new, fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, one kitchen and a very nice view of the city. The 2 rooms have great views too. It is worthy for a family with a child or a couple who want to stay here for several days or a week. The host is very nice and prepared well before l checked in. He is living in the community as well.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Really nice appartement in a beautiful building. There is everything that you need if you want to use the kitchen or to work from home. This the best deal ever in Ho Chi Minh if you are looking for something authentic with great standards. I recommend

I have stayed at this location several times, each with different hosts, and I must say this place continues to be my top choice. Its proximity to the airport makes it extremely convenient, especially if you're trying to avoid the stress of potential traffic jams — you can rest easy knowing you’ll get to your flight on time. One of the best features is the supermarket located right in the basement, which makes grocery shopping incredibly easy. There’s also a convenience store just next door, perfect for quick snacks or last-minute items. I have absolutely no complaints. The host was very proactive and communicated everything clearly from the beginning, which made the entire stay smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back.

The location was good, the gym and pool were clean, and it was easy to use.

We felt right at home. Our host was proactive and very responsive to any questions. Our arrival was in perfect autonomy and the apartment is very well-equipped. I enjoyed all the little extras (drinking water canister, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, ...) which allowed us to take our time when we arrived and not have to run in a supermarket. The pool and children's play area were easy to get to. The accommodation is also very well soundproofed despite the proximity to the airport and heavy traffic. Location is central, in a clean and lively residential area. We stayed there as a family (2 adults, 2 young children aged 3 and 7) for 5 nights and we will definitely return before our return trip. We would highly recommend Tung's place!

Located in District 8 (approximately 20 minutes drive to the more touristy areas), the apartment is comfortable and clean with access to a shared pool, play area and small shops. This is a good location with children if visiting HCMC with a young family and preferring to be outside of the hustle and bustle of the City
