Holiday rentals with a pool in Tanah Sereal

Stayed in this property for Eid holiday with family (6 adults and 1 kid), the property was really clean, the pool was pristine. location is good only like 3 mins to Taman Budaya (with lots of resto option), and around 10mins to Aeon mall, nearby the villa is also minimarket. The kitchen equipment is quite complete if you plan to cook during your stay, but maybe the host needs to change the sponge for washing dishes and some pans (cz they are not really in good condition anymore). But overall we had good time to staying in Dave’s property

Honestly, this villa was one of the best stays I’ve experienced. Everything you might need is available from kitchen tools to a great entertainment system all was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The place was also very clean and well-maintained. Aji was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Just a small note (mainly for Gulf visitors): the area is a bit far from the main attractions and activities, so if you’re planning to go out frequently, you might want to consider the driving time. However, if your goal is to relax and enjoy your time at the villa, you’ll absolutely love every moment.

Our big family (10 members) had a perfect weekend at the Gracia Villa 2 - Vimala Hills. The villa was exceptional & the cluster was also near the main gate which really ease our family in ordering some foods & buying some stuffs at the club house's mini market. The neighborhood was also peaceful & walkable to several mini gardens & "mini zoo". The villa's owner & staff were very responsive & professional too. Surely we'll come back next time. Once again, this villa is absolutely 5 stars & one of the "Steal Deal" in Puncak/Vimala Hills area!

Very important, it is located in a beautiful green area of ​​the city, in which there are only modern residential clusters, no traffic jams. The entire area of ​​the area is very well maintained, beautiful. The cluster where the apartment is located has a guarded territory, beautiful landscape design, there is a swimming pool nearby, which is a pleasant walk away. Maria, always in touch, answered all questions in the most detailed way and greeted us very hospitably. We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of 10+ people — spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. The location was also convenient, close to the toll road, which made getting around easy. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

the villa is nice, beautiful, well maintained, clean, spacious and the facilities are quite complete. Helpful helper is good, clearly instructions the condition of the villa and the surroundings. Host is responsive, if possible the price may be lowered again 😀 The minimum lack of land for green/field areas is the same dirty kitchen below. it's very nice to gather here with family and friends for a moment of healing from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta and the strategic area doesn't need to be jammed at the top.

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

The place is right at the centre of the city, and just by the MRT entrance. The unit itself is super homey and cozy, and has the direct view of some of the city skylines, just perfect! Pier is definitely a great host that was very responsive to the messages.

Love the stay. Comfy beds, beautiful house, private lift, highly recommended
