We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

I'm giving this place a 5 star rating. Photos matched actual description and location is excellent. You have a nearby mall and drug store. Directions given were clear. The place is clean and glad that host is accommodating of our request on one hr extension for check out. Towels and toilet papers are provided, kitchen is suitable also for light cooking. Airconditioning is good. Overall - money paid is worth the place. Highly recommended. :)

Had a great stay. The view of the golf course was absolutely beautiful as well as the street down below. Maxime was very responsive and helped out a lot with some of the issues my party and I encountered. Location of the airbnb was awesome, with almost everything you want to eat at, visit, etc. being within walking-distance. Overall, had an amazing time here and had an absolute incredible experience.

You feel right at home here and wish you had this sort of place that you owned for yourself if you were a frequent visitor or wanted to stay in the Manila area for an extended period of time. I thought the place was beautiful with its decor and felt cozy. Amazing views out of the windows as well. There’s a washing machine and drying rack if you need to do laundry, which we took advantage of, gratefully. The air conditioner kept us comfortable and everything was as described.Definitely would stay here again and again in Manila!

It’s a very cozy place. The host was very responsive and helpful every time we have questions. The place is also convenient as it’s located in the center of BGC.

The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

Booked this place for my boyfriend's birthday. Super saya niya with the place. Location is very close sa Megamall at Podium. Like legit walking distance! Some restaurants nearby din. This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe

Absolutely stunning Airbnb with the best modern and luxurious setup ever. Everything was in top condition and looked exactly like the photos—so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The reclining couch and soft mattress were my personal favorites—pure comfort! The aircon was perfectly cold, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing view. The whole unit felt so exquisite and thoughtfully designed. We also enjoyed the PS4, and the mini grocery was super convenient. Hosts were kind, responsive, and very hands-on. 10/10 experience—highly recommended!

We had a relaxing and enjoyable staycation. The place was clean and cozy, the scenic view was calming and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Darin was very helpful and met me outside to help me check in. He even paid for my taxi cab since I didn’t have cash to pay the driver after struggling to take out cash at the ATM! If it’s your first time in Manila, remember to bring cash and change it for local currency at the airport first.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, communication with Kristoffe was smooth, and it was a good experience

Worth every penny! The view of the city is unmatched! Everything you'll need is provided. Loved the entertainment selection: Netflix + Disney plus. A handful of restaurants in the area. Danilo was an excellent host! He was easy to communicate with, kind and responsive. A really nice place to unwind after a long week.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Very good owner, easy to reach

The property is really clean, just like in the pictures. The house feels like home. The airconditiong is very comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs, it was very spacious, with walk-in closet and plenty of drawers. I love the chandeliers and the bathroom walls. The gas stove and the cooking area by the pool is very practical, it made food prep easy. The swimming pool is good size for our group, it can be heated for extra fee. The caretaker, Obet, is helpful.

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”
