Holiday rentals with beach access in Tanca Manna

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful location and enjoyed all the amenities that the apartment offered. Not being in a main resort suited our needs perfectly. We were very pleased with Simone’s support throughout our stay.

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm hostess. Even though she didn't speak English, you could communicate with her well. At check-in, her friend Laura greeted us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. There is a supermarket nearby. What could possibly be modernized is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment door had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

We had a nice vacation in Cristiano's accommodation. Everything went smoothly. Great location, nice accommodation at an absolutely fair price. We will be back :)

We really liked the apartment, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is impeccable, the view is impressive and it's really worth it. It has all the amenities you need, including a parasol to go to the beach, something that saved us. 🫶🏻 The information they gave us was very good. There were not many stairs, which is appreciated in Italy after so much walking with a suitcase, and parking next to the entrance, which is very safe. It is close to the port, which is perfect for tours, close to the center and 4 minutes from the supermarket by car. We really had a very nice and pleasant stay. I'd come back anyway.

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Nicolo’s place is a piece of paradise in Porto Cervo. The house is perfectly located with quiet and peaceful surroundings but close to a lot of major attractions and places to visit. Nicolo was very responsive and quickly worked with us to solve any inconveniences we found including going the extra mile when we needed a hair dryer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay in the amazing Porto Cervo

We would highly recommend staying with Tiziana! She is such a friendly and proactive host. The apartment has everything you need, we were there with our baby and felt very comfortable. Also the location is great and you can move around easily - beaches, la Maddalena, small villages. There is a very nice beach at waking distance. Thanks for this very special and nice stay and also for all the recommendations!

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and they waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the moment we arrived until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I would give it 10 stars, although I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! We'll be back for sure!

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

Beautiful stay in this lovely house with everything you need to spend a beautiful vacation. The jacuzzi, the barbecue, the plancha, the well-decorated interior. Cécile is very welcoming, attentive and puts us directly at ease. I would recommend it 100%. Thank you so much for a great week.

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, which was equipped with everything you could need, from parasols to a mixer and aluminum foil. Maurizio was immediately available at all times for all questions and always super friendly. We would recommend it anytime.

Very enjoyable stay in a location a stones throw from the beach and sea. Walkable into town with nice local restaurants and amenities. Fantastic remote beaches nearby by car. Duke and Luigi very responsive and proactive with recommendations, apartment immaculate.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment located in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the setting: a breathtaking view of the sea, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a magnificent beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat our meals. Our hostess' welcome was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little corner of paradise, which we recommend without hesitation.

The house was great, and Monica was very nice to us.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

The location of the apartment is fantastic and the view unforgettable. The terrace is almost larger than the apartment itself. The apartment was clean and you have everything you need, but it should be renovated again and a few parts replaced.
