It has 3 large bedrooms with hot/cold climate control, box spring mattresses, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a fenced, private green park, a pool, a grill, and a porch with garden furniture. It is located in the heart of the El Cerrito neighborhood, steps from shops, restaurants and walks along Av. Brasil, and very close to hiking trails in the mountains. A quiet area with great connections to the center.

It is a 10-minute drive to downtown and just a 5-minute drive to two avenues (Av. Brasil and Av. Falucho) with butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.

Private entrance, grill, pool and 1200 m2 park. The pool is available from December 10 to March 15. It has a double bed, an armchair bed, a full kitchen and linen.
