2 Bedrooms in the City Center with Boxspring Beds

The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Charming half-timbered house with thatched roof and beautiful location. The house has three lovely bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, an entrance and a cozy living room. Enjoy the enclosed garden with a view of the water. Only 200 meters to the Gendarmstien and the cozy harbor. Forest right in the backyard. Since the house dates back to the 1800s, it has retained its original charm—including a slightly lower ceiling height than modern buildings. Guests over 180 cm should be aware of this.

Charming summer residence by forest and beach

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming Alsian summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there is a sea view. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fireplace. There is WiFi, Chromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. The Malerhaus Eisnebel opens up completely new holiday possibilities with the Malerhaus Nebeltreiben next door. Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. A fireplace, sauna and spacious terrace with a teak seating area and private sunbathing area are just some of the feel-good oases in this wonderful painter's house.
