We had a nice stay in Rio’s place. Rio is a great host, he’s very responsive. Communication with him was so easy, he also gave clear instructions for the house rules. In addition, his place also comfortable, feels so homey and beautiful view to the swimming pool. All facilites are accessible which is awesome, you can do your work out routine and it’s nice to swim there. The location also strategic, we can just walk to nearby mall within 5-8 minutes. Also, a lot of restaurants or food choices to order with online ojek if you’re hungry. Definitely recommended for a little staycation or even longer stay period :)

First I would like to say that Mrs. A is a very responsive and helpful host. I had some clothes that needed mending and she found me a seamstress in the building that did good work at an attractive price. The location itself is a huge apartment and business complex that must have at least 1500 units. These are older buildings but this unit is in pretty good shape. There are restaurants on premises as well as 2 convenience stores and laundromats. It is about 1.2 km walk to a major mall. There is a bus station right outside the entrance to the complex for easy transportation. The front gate has many security guards as well as ones that patrol the property. There is a doorman at the entrance to the building as well. The unit is on the 6th floor. Helpful hint - I would leave the bathroom window open during the day for air circulation but close it as night as every morning around 4:00 there is a loud call to prayer that goes on for about 10 minutes. Air conditioning works well.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Jeff and Marissa were wonderful hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really loved the cozy, quiet neighborhood, it was one of our favorite things! The house was just right for our small family and made our stay very comfortable.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.

Staying here for 4,5 mos, the accomodation is clean, secure and complete with the amenities. It was great, host is reliable and definitely recommended to anyone.
