We had a very pleasant stay in Bjørn‘s apartment which was very well equipped. Especially the kitchen with all necessary utensils was very useful. At most, we valued Bjørn‘s very quick and friendly responses and help - via chat in advance and in person. Furthermore we had the possibility to even stay longer than the stated checkout time. Thank you again for that great flexibility!

The best airbnb we've stayed in! The pictures of the post don't do its justice for the breathtaking view that stunned us the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well maintained and more than fully stocked. So perfect, that we could've stayed forever.:) I left my phone time-lapsed the midnight run's movement overnight in the living room. Couldn't think of anywhere else could offer such comfort. Marius was very responsive and considerate. The instruction to find the house is clear. Just pay attention to the house #. It will help in finding the way. Located conveniently close to Leknes which has everything. Minor notes: no microwave nor shampoo. But the place was so flawless that we didn't mind. A sidenote - Sorry I turned off the heater coz it's warm. I only learned later that in Norway it is probably more energy efficient to leave the main heater on all the time. I should have known better. A truly unforgettable experience-highly recommend!

Location was fantastic for golf, hiking, and visiting other towns. The midnight sun was beautiful through all the windows and from the porch. We loved our stay and are sad to leave! Hope to be back one day!

Highly recommended, this complete, clean, cozy cabin. The location is perfect if you want to visit the most important sights of the Lofoten. Do not hesitate to follow Tom's Tips for interesting and beautiful, but quieter places. Absolutely a very valuable addition to tripadvisor and Lonely Planet, and perhaps the best aspect of this stay. Although... the nice seat outside, the wonderful shower, the well-blinded bedroom and Tom's enormously hospitable, pleasant personality also score very high. A wonderful 'home base' during our stay in the Lofoten!

We were allowed to spend 8 days in Kathrine's beautiful house. The location, tranquility and view are unique. The whole house is very clean and maintained. You immediately feel comfortable, which is why a rainy day is no problem. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, so you can easily cater for yourself. The coffee machine and the Sodastream are particularly worth mentioning here. The beds are very comfortable and the Stressless armchairs in the living room invite you to relax. The whirlpool on the terrace with the great view is phenomenal. Kathrine responds to queries within a short time and also proactively passes on information. She informed us about the Artic Run, where we had the opportunity to meet her, which we were very pleased about. We totally enjoyed the days in Kathrine and Glenn's house and hope that we can come back in the winter.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. It was clean, tidy and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is central in Leknes, with walking distance to both the city center and several nice hiking areas. It is also a short drive to popular places such as Reine and Svolvær (about one hour each way), and the airport is right nearby, which made it very convenient. The communication with the host was excellent – fast, pleasant and helpful. Can definitely be recommended!

Very comfortable place in a central location on Lofoten islands. Clean and with all facilities.

We spent two weeks in Norway and the four nights in this beautiful home and area were the highlight of our trip. It is such a special place and this cosy home is very well equipped. Karin and Arild were delightful and responsive hosts. It was no problem to be greeted and shown around the property, even with our late arrival. The location is stunning and if you appreciate nature, views and hiking, you will be very happy here. The house itself has incredible views and the shared spaces and deck are very well set up to make the most of the location. We hiked up the mountain just down the road, explored the foreshore and used this as a great base to explore the greater area. The house was very well equipped. We even made waffles with the waffle-maker provided! Instructions and interactions with the hosts were clear and easy. I hope we can return one day. I will remember our time forever.
