The apartment is well insulated but noise from the harbor's activities, parking and children's play may occur. Welcome to our house with a sauna on beautiful and quiet Tjärnö. The house has three bedrooms with an open floor plan and a large terrace. There are several swimming areas on Tjärnö, and the nearest swimming area is about 1 kilometer from the house. It is about 6 kilometers to Daftö Resort and 12 kilometers to central Strömstad. Hot water & electricity are included in the rent. There is also an electric car charger by the house. It is not included in the rent, but you can use it for an additional cost of SEK 3/KW. Note: The hot tub is not included in the rent.

Access to boathouse. 1 km away is Mjölkeröd's 18-hole golf course with a good golf restaurant, the golf course is open from early April through October. You can spend time in the house outside of the summer season. After a cool walk by the sea and the boathouses, you can warm up in the sauna or in front of the tiled stove. The kitchen with a large kitchen island is built to take out the swings in gastronomy.

You have access to restaurants, shops, ICA and the Systembolaget 2 minutes from the cottage. About 5 minutes to the jetty in Grebbestad where you will find restaurants and shops. The beach in Grebbestad about 10 minutes. Tanumstrand with Spa Horisont where you can book a day spa.

Allt av den gamla charmen och dess ursprung är omhändertaget med stor omsorg. Här finns två hus att hyra i olika kombinationer. Husen är smakfullt inredda med hög standard och ligger i strandkanten med egen brygga och sjöbod. Där finns en bastu att hyra för 500kr.
