On the entrance level there are built-in speakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. The downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in-closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and own exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for three. Downstairs, there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and large screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining area for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where the Jacuzzi, sunbeds, outdoor furniture and dining area for 10 are available.
