Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Taos Ski Valley

Lovely stay for our family of four. This house is located on a quiet side street, but a five-minute walk to town, restaurants, grocery, Michaels, post office, whatever you needed. Very easy to get to sites to the north (museum, gorge, ski valley hiking, etc.). Really, equally easy to get east, west or south - a five minute traffic jam at most. The home had paintings and history of its original owner which is a nice touch. Plenty of guidance on things to do if you need it. Comfortable - easy to relax at the end of the day or in the morning. Just outside our kitchen window, a hummingbird had made its nest on a bicycle ceiling hook hanging from the porch. A great host!

We stayed at Kitty’s Castia for quite a while — almost 3 months! Check-in was super easy, the casita was absolutely beautiful, it was about a 15 minute drive to the ski mountain which was perfect as we spent a lot of time on the mountain. The hot tub + sunsets were fantastic. And Kitty was always super kind, helpful, and flexible. The biggest bummer is that we had to leave at all! We highly recommend Kitty’s Casita!

This is one of the most insanely good locations I've ever been in. You are literally 50 feet from the center of town, which is a really special place, but also in a peaceful enclave.

Angela‘s place looks beautiful and as described with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding desert. The beds were very comfortable and there was a nice open space to have two toddlers crawling around the living space.

We had an amazing time on our trip, and our stay was a huge part of what made it so special! The place was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located for our ski adventures. The amenities were top-notch, and we loved coming back to a warm and welcoming space after a long day on the slopes!

This place is amazing. The house itself is so unique and we loved the little room with the writing desk. It felt like a monastic cell, but in a good way. The design of the place is so cool! I loved the watermelon theater (at least that’s what I’m calling it) and the Alice in Wonderland door that leads to the patio from the bedroom. And then there’s the location which is unbelievable! You are surrounded by the most amazing views of the desert and all you need to do is look out a window or lounge on the pergola to take it all in and experience the magical sunsets. We will definitely be back. I was so sad we had to leave!

This place was an absolute gem. Secluded enough to feel like a true retreat, yet close to everything happening in Taos. The home was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up, which made our trip feel effortless. One feature we especially appreciated was the gated entry, it added a sense of security and privacy that made the stay even more relaxing. It was also surprisingly quiet. Despite being near the main road, we barely heard a thing. The peace and quiet were unexpected and very welcome. The hosts were nearby and responsive, but never intrusive. We’ve stayed at a number of Airbnbs, and this one quickly became a favorite. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay that still keeps you close to town.

It was easy to find and close to the lift very walkable on a busy weekend! Two ways in and out of the parking was super helpful in the ice! Lisa was proactive and let me know everything before hand. I just didn’t see any check out instructions like I had in past air bnb stays

Marcus’ place was just as described through Airbnb. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine; the unit as a whole was very well stocked. For those sleeping on the sleeper sofa, the only access to the bathroom was through the bedroom - a bit of an inconvenience, but not a dealbreaker. Walkable area to shops & restaurants. Co-Host, Kelly, was very responsive & professional throughout the process. Overall, our party of 3 was very comfortable & enjoyed our stay in Taos! Would highly recommend Marcus’ place!

Loved the comfortable dwelling! Beautifully decorated, well provisioned, well maintained and super clean! Loved the floor plan! Correct that location is within easy walking distance to main shops and activities

We had a great getaway at CasAlegre Taos! This is a lovely, cozy well-appointed condo between the town of Taos and Arroyo Seco NM on the way to the Taos Ski Valley. We came for a a few days of skiing, rest and great mountain views. All delivered! Easy to get to and amenities like pickle ball and pool/spa close by --

I spent a weekend at Tyler's place - it was clean and quiet. High-speed internet, an excellent espresso machine, and in-unit laundry were much appreciated! Saw bighorn rams near Rio Grande Gorge Bridge at sunset, hiked a trail to Williams Lake in the Taos Ski Valley, and drove the The Enchanted Circle with a stop in Town of Red River for coffee. Perfect weekend! I would definitely do it again!
