Comfortable studio with private pool

Studio Aiocá is a project of mine. As an Architect and Superhost on Airbnb, I combined these two passions to promote a unique experience in the paradise of Mutá Beach, in the far south of Bahia, Porto Seguro. The 65 sq. meter space brings together everything two people on a honeymoon or working from home need to spend a good time by the sea. We are 300 meters from the beach in a family condominium with a lawn, a tropical garden with fruit trees, monkeys, lots of birds and sunshine! A little piece of paradise!

Ah…the apartment is beautiful, very quiet and the Location is our excellent differential: 1 minute by car to Taperapuan Beach, the most coveted in Porto Seguro. You will be very close to everything, and you can do everything on foot if you prefer: walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, super market, pharmacy, bakery, cafeteria, food truck, kids space, quad bike tour and various other attractions. You'll be in the heart of Porto Seguro!

Cozy and charming house, very well decorated and fully equipped for your comfort and an unforgettable stay right on the sand. Duplex house with balcony overlooking the sea, inside a small condominium of 9 houses with direct access to Araçaipe Beach through the garden. The condominium has a leisure area, barbecue and swimming pool. Very quiet place and ideal for families and couples to enjoy their vacation. Just 30 steps to the beach, which turns into a natural pool when the sea is low.

A comfortable seating area features a neutral-toned sofa adorned with decorative pillows. A round wooden coffee table occupies the center, displaying a terracotta vase, a wooden figurine, and natural greenery. Two framed art pieces hang on the wall behind the sofa.

I found the perfect apartment to enjoy Porto Seguro with your family! With easy access to all points of the city and exits to Orla, Coroa Vermelha, Centro, Arraial D'ajuda, Trancoso and Caraíva. The apartment is located in the security of the Jardins condominium, in front of Taperapuã Beach, and is easily accessible. It is an ideal location to enjoy the beach, close to Arena Axé Moi, Cabana Axé Moi, Toa Toa, and is also close to markets, bars and restaurants.

An outdoor area features a small private pool with a water feature, surrounded by light-colored tiles. A shaded dining space includes a table and chairs, with a large umbrella providing coverage. Glass doors lead into the interior of the home.

Sleeps up to 9 with an additional mattress.
