The stay at Márcio's estate was wonderful, the place is super quiet has a wonderful place for kids and pets, and a super wide space that has accommodated our group of friends super well. We love it and will be back for sure at the next opportunity. Super recommend Márcio's space!

We love the wonderful and cozy place, very good to rest. All we need had in the house, very close to the lagoon. The always helpful host gave us several tips. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!!

House complete with everything a family needs for comfort. We were very satisfied with the space and structure, as well as a beautiful courtyard with a large and well-equipped pool. We spent a new year's holiday and plan to return shortly. Quiet place 2 blocks from Lagoa dos Ducos. Market just around the corner.

The host was extremely attentive and concerned about our stay. He thought of every detail of our experience, leaving toys for the children, as well as pool buoys and chairs for them. We had a great new year's night as a family and enjoyed the days in the courtyard a lot, with a wonderful view of the Guaíba River. We'll definitely be back.

We spent a spectacular weekend in this place! The house is wonderful, super functional, very complete! The landscape is beautiful. Who seeks peace and quiet will be delighted with this place. Thiago was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this location and we intend to return as soon as possible. The only caveat I make is in relation to the area around the house that does not have a fence that prevents the dogs from leaving. For many, it makes no difference, but for those who have unobeying "apartment dogs", it would be quite legal for a small limited screen.

Excellent place for those who like shallow waters, super indicated to those who have young children, and who like water, a very calm lagoon. Janaína, was very attentive, helpful, gave us all the necessary support, I recommend to everyone. For sure local we will return in the near future.

Great place for those looking for peace of mind. The view is very beautiful and there is a gate with direct access to the beach. Very hospitable hosts, the trip was great! The only addendum would be to bring sheets, the rest is in the house.

We spent the great carnival feriadão, the house is just like in the ad, with a wonderful view of the lagoon, a quiet and quiet place, close to the center... For those looking to rest and spend quiet days with the family is perfect.. we will definitely be back 😉

And for our luck. there are three varieties of vines in the fence. we ate white, rose and ruby grapes a luxury we won't find in other accommodations.
