Restaurants, shops and a large outdoor market are all close by and you’ll be within cycling/walking distance of a long stretch of sand at Mae Ram Phueng Beach. A ferry to the idyllic island of Koh Samet is a short 20 min drive away and it's an hour to Pattaya's attractions and nightlife. Please note electricity costs are not included in the rental cost.

The house is conveniently located in the village of Koh Samed. 5 minute walk from Nadan pier, 10 minute walk to Saikaew beach. There are several small shops, restaurants and bars close by. The house also has a fully fitted kitchen and a washing machine to do your own laundry in. Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers (sound bar) are in place for Your entertainment. The loft bedroom has one queen size bed. Two single size mattresses are added if booking is made for over 4 people.
