We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

Ha sido decorada con piezas antiguas que la familia ha ido comprando a lo largo de los años. Situada en un entorno incomparable, tranquilo, apacible y MUY BONITO! Puedes dar un paseo por el bosque, bajar a la riera o andar por el GR que pasa justo por al lado. A pocos minutos en coche tienes actividades culturales muy interesantes!

Ca La Conxita - rural disconnection for 5 people

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

One bedroom with double bed. Kitchen, dining and living room in one space. Plenty of light. Excellent internet access. All neccesary amenties for cooking. Microwaves but no oven. Washing machine. Small, quiet building. Tourist appartment legally registered. Guests have to pay 0,60 Euros per night as "tourist tax". The appartment is declared with the Catalonian Police. On arrival, guests have to fill out a form with thier details. Free parking in the whole area. No private garage.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also coincide, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Loft in a rural setting with spectacular views

We offer you to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

La Feixa, a rustic house in Lladó

Charming house located in the village of Lladó in the Alt Empordà. It consists of two floors, four bedrooms and a large garden. The house is built in the style of the old Catalan farmhouses. It has a fireplace and heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. And a barbecue for the garden. The pool is located in the private garden of the apartment so it is exclusively for the users of the apartment. Expandable cover, in summer always partially open. Heated pool available from April to October, rest of the year pool not heated. New work and finishes. Bright and quiet. Ideal for families.

LA MUSSENYA

Recently renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the building and has an elevator. It has a double bed, full bathroom and kitchen open to the living-dining room, where the large sofa bed makes an extra bed. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.
