Take the local fifteen minute ferry ride and you will arrive at the Royal County Down golf club. Should you prefer things to be a little less hectic , take one of the many hiking trails just outside your back door, or retire to the sun room to read and relax. Alternatively , just meander through the beautifully matured Ros Cottage garden all lovingly planted by the owner. This is a very unique and beautiful home with an abundance of character. This four bedroom house is situated on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean with Unrestricted Panoramic views, within walking distance Cruit offers beautiful beaches, coves and scenery, it is well known for its 9 hole golf course and club. It is a 15 min drive to Donegal Airport and the beautiful weather blue flag beach of Carrickfinn. In local nearby village of Kincasslagh which is only a 5 min drive you have the Viking bar & restuarant, and also supermarket and post office.

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.
