A local stay that felt like we escaped miles away into the bush. Peaceful surroundings and little luxurious touches such as a beautiful big bath and a gorgeous fireplace. If you’re looking for a romantic escape where everything you need is on hand , you can enjoy home-cooked meals, morning cuppa on a Sunlet veranda, and feel like you’re truly able to relax then this is the place for you.

Great place to stay. Fantastic location, only a block from the main West End strip, but still quite quiet. Nice balcony out back and front and AC throughout the place. It's the upstairs floor of a queenslander, but we didn't have any issues with that and rarely ran into the other guests. The carpark is extremely narrow so we only used it once, but this wasn't an issue as we were able to find street parking easily (Roge organises a parking permit).

Great 3 bedroom place, with plenty of room for our family. It was a perfect location for us as it was a short walk to the train station which made getting into the city or to my brother's house really easy with 2 young kids. Host communication was great and very responsive .... thanks for allowing a slightly later check out which made timing of getting to the airport a lot easier.

An absolutely amazing place to stay. It was exactly as advertised and Jen was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. We visited for an event at Pat Rafter Arena and it was very easy to get to and from the venue. We highly recommend staying here.

If we could give this Airbnb 6 stars, we would. Nestled in a very peaceful part of Brisbane and right near Lone Pine, Barry and Lynn provide one of the nicest stays you could hope for. As hosts, they are both very friendly and helpful and ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We found it to be very well stocked with anything you could possibly need, even more than our own home! I'd you're planning to be in or near this area, we cannot recommend Barry & Lynn's place any more.

Alyssa’s place is in a quiet, peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living room and balcony provided great spaces for family time. Alyssa and her partner were very friendly, and her son was so kind to play with my kids. Highly recommend this cozy, welcoming spot!

This is our second time in Sandra’s place and we will return again next year. It is a wonderful little place, with everything close by. There was a mishap with my luggage, and I wasn’t home when it was delivered but they made sure it was placed on the porch for my arrival out of any rain.

We would highly recommend Annie‘s place in South Brisbane and hope to stay again. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to supermarkets and cafes, 10 minutes to the Southbank Beach and the start of the Arts precinct, 10 minutes in the other direction to the fabulous cafes and shops of Boundary Street in West End. You can comfortably walk into the city in 20 minutes. It is also very well supported by public transport. We stayed for nine nights and did not need a car at all. The house is beautifully decorated, with interesting art and books. And as people who really enjoy cooking we found the house very well set up, with all necessary equipment and generous supplies. Beds were comfortable. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze with coded access and no need for keys. Our hosts were very responsive. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

Absolutely beautiful central place .. comfortable bed , breakfast provisions , so close to everything. Super clean .. lovely bathroom products. Everything one needs for a night away .

We had a great time staying at David and Cecilia's place. The BnB was spacious, clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and a short walk to the train station. If we are ever in Brisbane again we will be looking to stay here again.

Lucinda is truly one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She was always so warm, supportive, & accommodating to all my requests. She was clear and prompt in her communications with me, and was so thoughtful in stocking up the house with all the essentials / pantry items that I needed for my stay. Lucinda’s place is a beautiful, cosy, and tranquil home away from home. Her home was truly a safe space for me - the energy in her house was quiet, peaceful, & nourishing. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again, and would 100% recommend Lucinda & her lovely home. Great place - neat, clean and tidy, great food options in the complex, very convenient access to the city by bus. Undercover secure parking was fantastic. Host was very personable, met me at the property and walked through key things to be aware of. All in all would definitely stay again!

I loved staying at Tara’s apartment, was exactly as described and close to Coles, nice coffee shops and restaurants. Pool is also great! Super convenient for Woollangabba station. Lots of mentions of fire alarm, I cooked most nights and showered every day without any problems, you just need to be mindful of smoke and steam.

Leonie went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect .. she even graciously gave us an extended checkout which helped us out enormously. There was absolutely nothing we needed that she didn't provide. Her accommodation is spotless . She generously provided croissants butter jams etc .. 2 differents yogurts blueberries .. eggs .. milk and all the condiments as well as selections of tea and coffee and cooking essentials. The kitchen crockery cutlery glasses etc were all gorgeous. The bathroom was also spotless with beautiful products and Leonie thought of everything from hairdryer to deodorant and toothpaste . to sunscreens .. amazzzing! It's also within walking distance to so many great restaurants .. we especially loved Vietnam House and the stunning dog friendly Victoria park is right there. All in all we wished we could have stayed forever! Thankyou so much Leonie you made our Xmas Extra Special .. we just hope we can rebook on future visits!🪷

Tidy place big enough to have a feeling of space and not feel closed in. Great views of the city and easy walking distance to West End, South Bank and surrounding areas. I was at a conference at the convention centre at it was a super easy walk to get their

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

For a long stay, I had every need not only met, but expectations exceeded as a result of my hosts thinking ahead of the extra amenities I would require for a long stay. It was a true home away from home. Jeff was a gentleman. He and the co-hosts present a very thoughtful and comfortable product for guest enjoyment. Woolworths Metro was around the corner and complimented the apartment perfectly. You couldn't find a more convenient location to stay and discover Brisbane by Ferry. the river walks are also breathtaking in Teneriffe. Eating out, cafe culture, and socialising opportunities are plentiful in this area. book this place!

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

From the start Nazmus was very accommodating and showed us to his air bnb when we were lost in the nearby shops on arrival, told us a couple nice places to go and a few ideas on where we should visit, always responded, always accommodated. Thanks heaps Nazmus

Always a pleasure to stay here. It’s the only place I stay at if it’s available when coming over to Brisbane. My home away from home.

The apartment is so close to the train station and walkable to indro shopping centre, we enjoyed shopping and bought groceries nearby. The amenities were suitable for what we needed, especially the warm preparation and compliment from the host! Besides, Lucia and Trong are friendly, helpful and very responsive, all of us had a great time during the stay. Highly recommended to family and friends!
