Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).

You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. Hyggeligt sommerhus beliggende tæt ved Ringkøbing Fjord. Huset er på 79 m2 + stor og lys udestue på 22 m2 opført i 2022. Nyt køkken og brændeovn fra 2024.. Der er 3 soverum og 6 sovepladser. Inkl. rengøring Huset er veludstyret, så I har hvad I skal bruge til en dejlig ferie for både voksne og børn. Huset ligger for enden af en lukket vej. Til huset hører en stor græsplæne og 3 gode terrasser hvor både morgen- og aftensolen kan nydes. Der er trampolin, gyngestativ og sandkasse ved huset.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Probably the most private location on Fanø. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, with the nearest neighbor far away, then you have hit the spot. If you want beach or city life, this can be chosen with just an 8-minute drive.
