Monthly Rentals in Tarpon Bay

Sandy's place was exactly what we were looking for. The location was close to the beach,stores were very close and there were many restaurants. Sandy was very responsive to some of our requests. My son and granddaughter joined us for a week and loved the location. There was a pool and exercise facility at the location. The pool and exercise room were very clean. We were very happy for the month that we stayed there. We are thinking of renting it again for next year.

Samantha & her co host were extremely friendly and place was very nice. I appreciate them working with me and my family during such a chaotic transition. Very spacious home, very clean and worth it!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and easy to find. It was clean and nicely decorated. I personally liked the fact that it was uncluttered with lots of open space in the living room. I would definitely stay again.

Simply amazing! The private community was peaceful and welcoming! Everyone we encountered was friendly to us and our dog! The setting with a large screened-in deck overlooking a lagoon provided a place to watch so many birds! The ‘extras’ provided for guests went far above and beyond the usual short-term rental property. Laundry, kitchen, and bath had everything you need for your stay! The primary bath had a shower with multiple shower heads! The kitchen had multiple sized casseroles and high quality pans. The spacious bedrooms have comfy beds! Beach cart with chairs, umbrella are ready to go and there are 3 bikes. The outdoor hoses make it easy to for rinse off sand. The exercise room with weights, a quality spin bike and the air hockey game were great. The beach is a 10” walk, and the pool and tennis courts. Walking the beach for miles is easy and dogs are common. Gary has thought of everything! We had a memorable vacation and will return to this home in the future! 10/10!
