This historical farmhouse was built in 1918 & completely renovated. Lovely front porch with swing, open floor plan with a modern kitchen, formal dining, 2 large bathrooms with shower & tub, 1st FLOOR. Butlers pantry/ laundry room. The outdoor area has a huge deck, with plenty of seating, lounge swing, gas fire pit, outdoor kitchen, gas grill & 65" Roku TV.

The Cottage is the front half of a duplex in downtown Tarpon with all the amenities including bikes and beach gear! Due to allergies of visiting family & friends we do NOT ALLOW PETS OR COMPANION ANIMALS, so you can rest assured that animal allergens will NOT be an issue.

We're a quiet, small, serene old neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac and nearly floating on a lagoon! Florida nature at it's finest. The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.
